Not that Phil would ever have the balls to take a camera away from anyone, and he'd be easily scared away if he ever tried.
But you know who should comply when they're given orders? Black criminals when the police tell them to get on the ground and spread their arms out with their palms up. A lot fewer black criminals would be shot to death by the police if they would comply with police commands instead of resisting arrest or going for a hidden weapon or a cop's sidearm. Because unlike Phil and Antifa, the police actually do have authority and power and their commands absolutely should be obeyed. Deep down inside, Phil actually wishes he was a cop.
