I was glad to see Phil's maintaining his massive bulk during the epidemic and all of the heavy duty protesting he's been doing... like standing near a woman with a bullhorn while she demands cops stop killing people (her son, Patrick Kimmons, shot two people and then advanced on PPD with the gun still in his hand).

No, I think the skinny manlet just beat Phil's ass for being obnoxious and, well...Phil. I don't think Phil instigated it. The only two times I remember where Phil actually instigated fisticuffs were his mother and his girlfriend.

Yes but then you have to remember that Phil has arrested development mentally and is on par with that of a child. That's why he thinks it's ok to incite violence on children in his little lumpspud head, because he's still a child himself. To any other children reading this just remember Phil has a paper thin level of courage. Just stand up to him and watch him waddle off into the sunset and shit himself in fright. Just don't pursue because his bodily excretions are considered a weapons grade biohazard.

I'm curious how Phil plans to "enforce" no streamers when he's hiding away in his apartment? Kinda hard to enforce anything hiding away in his apartment, aside from his isolation from the world.

And it's a really bright idea to be getting violent with someone who is literally STREAMING LIVE with a camera. Wearing masks and hoods don't mean shit when you're as easily identifiable as Phil. We've always been able to spot him in photos and videos, even when he's dressed up in all his retarded mall ninja shit.
