Not defending James Charles by any means, but child pornography under law requires intent behind it for it to be a crime. It is not a strict liability crime alike statutory rape. If this was the case then hypothetically anyone could send you CP randomly without your knowledge and have you arrested for possession/receipt without you having any intent whatsoever. You have to know if they're under 18 for it to be a crime and other circumstances have to be considered. If someone does lie about their age and you receive a nude from them it can be an admissible defense that has worked before because the argument can be made about intent. This does not apply to statutory rape however if you have sex with someone under the age of 18; it's a strict liability crime.

James Charles aggressively asking 9+ minors for pictures is not going to help his case at all though.

There have been multiple times James has gone onto other peoples podcasts claiming that he's into "younger guys" (quickly saying that he only wants to date 18-19 year olds) - giving an example that he'd date a senior in high-school who can't afford a plane ticket.

I haven't read enough receipts to see if he's explicitly asking for dick pics (I've seen a few people claim that), but in most of the snapchats he's asking for armpit pics... which aren't illegal to receive or send, saying that he'd be able to bust a nut from them alone. It's definitely sus.

Good. At this point there's way too many allegations and people speaking out to think it's all bullshit and as James says, clout-chasing.

Tana Mongoose said she basically lied about the first straight guy to accuse him and made a post supporting James' narrative because James begged her and they were friends, but she then stopped being friends with James and became friends with the victim and is now sort of speaking out against James.

Expensive pianos as status symbols for rich, vapid people who have no talent and can't play the piano are so annoying to me.

I am glad he is at least removed, it was clear Morphe was going to do further work with him due to the sales but big wigs thought it was at a cost of impaired reputation. Whilst they took their time at least they did the right thing and they only way to deal with Iimbo is scarlet letter him.

And what extent you think James can sue drama channels when he had already confirmed he sexually messaged minors? I'm willing to believe there are one or two liars in the group but is that going to spoil the soup? I'm sure some women came out against Weinstein when nothing happened, but he had already done abhorrent things with other women that people didn't care that a few were lying. I know the majority of his fanbase is kids so they don't think it's a big deal, but I'm curious how this would play out in court.

As with most people attracted to minors, their emotional and psychological intelligence is limited to the people they target. I'm not at all surprised to see James still indulging in his fantasy of converting straight high schoolers in an easily manipulated age bracket while he gets older. He knows he can't pull this on men older than him because that's not his ultimate fantasy.

I think he secretly likes convincing the "virginal" to do something outside of their comfort zone. Him cosplaying as a woman on tinder shows that he gets perverse pleasure from tricking boys into being attracted to him. He wishes he had the sexual prowess that women do so he emulates it. He sees himself as a succubus who lures in dumb boys with a costume of female sexuality to confuse and dominate his targets. It's a game to him. That's why armpit pictures are enough. Once he gets pictures that means he won and I bet he doesn't stay talking to them once he's got what he wants.

I have to wonder whether he lusted after straight guys when he was in high school and was perhaps rejected by one and/or he envied women who were desired by the straight guys who wouldn't give him the time of day. This exercise feels like repeatedly trying to win at a situation he lost. He could also just be stuck in a high school fantasy he's aged out of physically but not mentally/emotionally.

Gregory/Onision behaves the same way. He is 35 and dresses/behaves like a mid teenager. They age while their victims remain in the same age range between 14 and 18. It will become more stark as James ages. Very obvious pattern you can spot.

I think his money, status, and fame make it easy for him to feel like he's above the law and morality which will be his downfall. Too much too young for someone who doesn't care who he damages or how much it costs him on the way to his personal nirvana. Money can't buy what makes him feel truly powerful and validated, and he will lose everything he has in pursuit of his gross fetish involving minors.
