Legal Insurrection is live posting about what's going on. He's doing a good job of summing it up for people who can't watch video.

Based off the this, the prosecution is claiming that Floyd was innocent because he didn't know the $20 was counterfeit. Am I reading that right?

"Did he just miraculously die of a drug overdose? Maybe it was the tailpipe? His enlarged heart? Maybe NOT. Use your common sense. What you saw, you saw."

This is prosecution's idea of reasonable doubt. Maybe not.
That... that is literally... THAT IS LITERALLY MAKING THE CASE FOR REASONABLE DOUBT!

Yea, but that excuse goes out the window the second the clerk went out to the car and tried to get him to correct the issue with the bad bill. At that point, Floyd would be liable for it still.

Edit: HE CHOSE THAT MOMENT TO DIE OF HEART DISEASE BECAUSE A YO FUCK DEM PO PO.

So the prosecution starts with the closing arguments?
That's almost a death sentence for them, the last thing the jury will hear is Nelsons redpill about how floyd was a gorilla nigger
Thats usually how it goes. Plaintiff/ Prosecution - Defendant - P Rebuttal
