It's shocking to me (well not really) just how conveniently the left/Twitter/Reddit/whatever has forgotten that the burden of proof is on the prosecution. Chauvin does not legally have to prove his innocence. It would help, but the prosecution is the one that has to prove because all reasonable doubt that Floyd would be alive if not for Chauvin.
It's not even a civil case where it's a 51% burden. I think THAT is going to piss a lot of people off.

From the trial we know the prosecution has no real case. In American justice this never would have been even charged.
So the actual arguments and such hardly matter its really just a contest between a dozen peoples fear for their safety and their desire to sneed.
