Weren't they already given 27 million tax payer dollars? He's gonna walk like OJ. But Floyd's family might sue for damages and bankrupt him. If that's possible with cops.

“Your honor, we can solidly come to the conclusion that Chauvin is guilty of what we are charging him with.” “And of what method was the murder commited with?” “Somehow.” “Pardon?” “Somehow.” “... I’m sorry, I wasn’t aware I was teaching a kindergarten class on who took a jolly rancher out the bowl, H O W?”Their claim is that Chauvin caused it "somehow", and then desperately gave all of these opinions hoping one would stick for the jury.
That's from the city. They can still sue for damages on a personal level.Weren't they already given 27 million tax payer dollars?
It sets the precedent of reshaping the legal system into Reddit Kafkatrapping.Their claim is that Chauvin caused it "somehow", and then desperately gave all of these opinions hoping one would stick for the jury.
Nelson is triggering these people to the moon. They can’t even listen to him speak because the truth hurts so much.
Apparently the state, as just argued, wants you to believe what you see.
They didn't like Baker's conclusions.
You can see the process. Had several meetings, in May, June, July, by August, talked to pulmonoloigst ER doctor, not in my area of expertise, talked to cardiologist.
Baker's findings didn't support the notion that what you see is what you should believe.
my guess is that even if they both worked at the same place, they didnt work the same hours/days so probably didnt meetI never even watched the trial other than the tidbits, but honestly my biggest gripe from the incident is what ever happened to the fact that the two of them worked together for months/years as bouncers at the same club? But neither said the other’s name, even as Floyd was “pleading”?
Was that memory holed? Disproven? That was the most wtf part of the whole event.
Yeah but 9 minutes and 29 seconds, did we mention he can't sneed? 9 minutes and 29 seconds.Their claim is that Chauvin caused it "somehow", and then desperately gave all of these opinions hoping one would stick for the jury.
It was made up entirely. The person who came out with that nonsense recanted, if I recall.I never even watched the trial other than the tidbits, but honestly my biggest gripe from the incident is what ever happened to the fact that the two of them worked together for months/years as bouncers at the same club? As far as I know, they worked in the same club but at different times and departments. Like Floyd worked in the stockroom and Chauvin worked security, Im not sure if those were literally their jobs but I'm just using that as an example. It's entirely possible to work somewhere and not know all your coworker, could have been just some weird coincidence.I never even watched the trial other than the tidbits, but honestly my biggest gripe from the incident is what ever happened to the fact that the two of them worked together for months/years as bouncers at the same club? Short Answer? No.Can Chauvin sue if he's acquitted after all of this?
Pretty scary if you think about it. These people are literally incapable of independent thought. Like a remote-controlled drone, the only thing they can come up with when their controller goes offline is "ATTEMPT TO RE-ESTABLISH CONNECTION TO CONTROLLER" on repeat.
If Chauvin worked the nightclub he probably did so as a uniformed overtime gig, clubs will often pay the local PD to have an off duty or two outside during peak hours. It's very likely they never met or just saw each other in passing. As far as I know, they worked in the same club but at different times and departments.
