The retard was in Phil's chat talking about going to college, not sure if he was going to go this year because of Covid, so he is under the impression that he is going to graduate this year. I wonder what is with his community service hours though. In Ontario, high schoolers have to do 20hrs of community service to graduate. But it could also be part of his SPED curriculum.

That's my thought as well. He seems innocent and his brain is still similar to that of a little child. I honestly believe that him living with his mom is because he is mentally unable to live on his own. All of his favorite TV shows and movies were those from Nickelodeon or Disney with Nick Jr. being one of his likes. His traveling is when he's with his mom/relatives (never by himself). I don't want to put him on the same level as Radio because he can speak, but that's the type of autism vibes which I get from Jackie.

It's why I feel that he's gotten likes on his furry costumes because the people around him view him as the big, innocent dumb dumb that he appears to be (and probably is). Like, his "job" at Petsmart might be due to a "help autistic people get jobs" type of programs. Jackie may be a tard, but I don't view him as being malicious and instead he's just someone who clearly took special ed classes and throughout the rest of his life, will always have the mental capacity of a pre-schooler

But even with all of that, it still won't stop me from looking forward to and laughing at his antics on twitter. Also, reading these posts after hearing Jackie's actual voice is fucking hilarious to me
