You guys have way, way, way too much faith in the jurors and some of you are honestly acting a little delusional imo. The way so many of you honestly think Chavin will get acquitted or a magical mistrial will happen is really confusing. It's basically a pipe dream that he gets anything less than guilty.

Go outside and talk to anyone, anyone who is following the trial. (People who use KiwiFarms don't count.) They are all on the state's side. They don't give a fuck about the toxicology, or the blood O2, or the danger Floyd presented. All they care about is the video and NINE MINUTES. Chances are the jury is the same, I mean, have you seen the profiles of them? The one mixed lady who specifically wanted to be on for this trial? Truth is that the majority of people are stupid and "Floyd died cause knee neck nine minutes" plus a video is more convincing to them than any amount of evidence the defense could put forward. Chauvin's either getting 2 or all 3 of the charges.
Zimmerman would like a word and OJ is on the line too.

Legit what the fuck is he even talking about? I'm actually trying to good faith follow his argument but he started talking about two sides to every story or something and I don't know what his point there was and now he's talking about something else.
I THINK his legal case is that it's murder if Chauvin even caused 1% of Floyd's death. Chauvin's actions exhaserbated Floyds actual medical issues.

That's what I'm getting out of it trying to actually be unbiased.

This black prosecutor giving the rebuttal gives off strong “I’m just a simple country hyper chicken” vibes. I can’t guarantee that I’m impartial, but he comes off, to me, as manipulative and somewhat stupid, the way he keeps saying “and that’s a TRUTH FACT” and mumbles over multi-syllable words. “Cardiopulmaryarrest”.

Also this chart of blue dots that represent the days of Floyd’s life and the prosecution is asserting that on each of those days he had hypertension and all of the other conditions Nelson claimed he had, but wasn’t dead. Am I observing this correctly? Floyd had opioid addiction and hypertension when he was a baby, die he? Okay. If this dude doesn’t get the jury’s almonds churning, America is doomed. This is how you give a presentation you didn’t prepare for.
He's an excellent argument against black suffrage.

When I was a young idealistic Obama supporter in 2008 I wish current me would have just shown up and told me "Niggers are beyond saving and they hate you"

Is this a reverse OJ defense ? Confusing the crap out of everyone with unrelated nonsense babbling ?

"Your honor, the circle on the left represents Mr.Floyds life before meeting Mr.Chauvin.
The circle on the right is his life after the meeting. This was clearly murder."

I didn’t experience the Zimmerman trial bc I was too young to give a shit but was the prosecution on that case just as shitty?

Yes.

I remember the summer of the Zimmerman trial talking about the verdict. When I said I wasn't surprised that he got off, all of my friends said "HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT ARE YOU SERIOUS?????" All I said was, "Did you watch the actual trial? (they didn't) I did, and that's what matters when it comes to a verdict, not emotion."

I expect a similar reaction from people who didn't watch the actual trial if Chauvin gets off- they'll blame it on racism and what not

The prosecution was even more flimsy because it was objectively a clear cut case from the get go unless you actively ignored evidence presented to you. Zimmerman wasnt even arrested or charged with anything until race peddlers made a big enough stink.
