If that’s their rationale I can buy it. You cross the line of reasonable force then there is no excuse an officer can use for their actions.A&H BTFO’d!
I was expecting just manslaughter but apparently the jury thought he’d gone way beyond the reasonable force before medical aid should have been provided.
You can tell with how calm and compliant he is they're doing something behind the scenes. He's gonna be sentenced, he's gonna "die in custody", no funeral will be held to prevent the chance of rioting, his family will leave the state due to tension, and in actuality he's going to some remote corner of Maine to live under a new identity.
In Clownworld, it ain't.Wait, how can he be guilty of murder AND manslaughter? Isn't it one or the other?
They will, African tribes had a common habit of having elaborate victory celebrations after winning their tribal wars.lol no they aren't
cope harder lol
Pretty much. I can see where the jury's coming from. And hell, it's not even like they'd just piss off the mob. They know damn well the government's on the prosecution's side. It's the same shit from back in the days of Lenin and Stalin and Mao. "Is this man a traitor to the state?" "Well, there's not really enough evidence to-" "I have a gun to your head. Let me ask again, is this man a traitor?" "Yes, guilty on all counts, comrade."I don't blame the jury, the social pressure to convict is immense. I don't doubt that they would become instant social pariahs if they aquited on anything.
It would be like testifying against the mob in the 70's or snitching on a cartel.
Anyone disappointed in this should look on the bright side, police that would happily stand back and watch you be beaten by rioters so that they could protect their jobs/pensions (which would be in jeopardy if they arrested them) will now have to walk on eggshells with even the most insane criminals to avoid getting locked up for not licking the boots of their nog overlords.
2020 and 2021 are interesting.Disappointing but not surprising.
Worried about Kenosha Kyle's trial when that comes, though. This is proof positive that all the evidence in the world isn't enough to overcome outside pressures. Also sets a nice example of "if you riot, you get what you want".
Up to 70, lowest is 40, basically hes fucked unless can appealSo how many years do the three guilties stack up to? 60 or 70?
Isn't most of the land in the USA owned by Bill Gates? He'll just use his infinite money to drive off every white farmer and give the land to blacks.I wonder when white farmers in America will get run off their land by getting murdered or being threatened with murder, just so blacks can let the ground go fallow indefinitely.
