Yes if Chauvin walked, they would've rioted and the country would burn down. Chauvin is guilty and I think everyone already gave in their two cents about what this means. They don't stack, I don't believe. The most severe charge is used for sentencing. If he had beaten the 2nd degree murder charge but was found guilty of 3rd degree murder and manslaughter, and then the Noor case appeal resulted in overturning the 3rd degree verdict, then he would just be guilty of manslaughter. That's why they pursued all three charges, but he's not going to serve three sentences for the death of one person.
