It is rather funny how Russell is so constantly torn between his desire to be seen as some sort of pitiful, pathetic, downtrodden wretch to be given pity fucks and kind words or to be admired as some sort of creative genius. His lawsuits really give us an insight into how miserable he is on a day-to-day basis. He clearly fumes over every minor slight and question to his greatness, so an entire thread dedicated to mocking him must be hell.As an aside, that episode of "I've Got A Secret" is actually quite fascinating. Seymour was, at the time, the last living person who had been present at the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. As a 5-year-old, Seymour didn't really know what was going on, but was worried about the wellbeing of John Wilkes Booth, whom Seymour saw jump down onto the stage and break his leg.
A few thoughts:
I love how granular all Russell’s whining about trolls’ antics is. “March 15, David called Plaintiff a ‘retardo homo,’ continuing on March 18-20 with false allegations that Plaintiff is ‘dumb and looks stupid’ and ‘has a 1-inch peenor lol.’”
“Pipsqueak” is now part of the legal record, lol. From the document: "David... goes into a bizarre rant, falsely claiming Plaintiff is five foot three and that Greer is going to lose to Greg Skordas.” I’m not sure that second part is a false claim…
It’s weird that Russell offered a screenshot of his buying a stun gun as an exhibit. Like, “Don’t believe me when I said I bought a stun gun! Well, look! I did!” It’s also weird that Russell offers the world’s most generic form letter from Mitt Romney’s office as proof of… well, something. Who knows.
I’d love to know who the hell sent Russell the flirtily inflected message in Exhibit H.
Exhibit I: "At first I was all, wow! An author. Then I read the reviews of one of your books and the general consensus was that you have the mindset of a serial rapist." LOL.
Start to finish, this document drips with bitterness and self-pity. It’s remarkably emotional, even for Russell. It really does draw a vivid portrait of how besieged, hopeless and miserable Russell’s world is. This passage is a particularly remarkable cri de coeur:
“This harassment is never going to end. Greer can't trust people now because he does not know if they are working with Kiwi Farms or if they are truly fans or interested in Greer. This is how Plaintiff is harmed. His life is ruined. His reputation is smeared. His dreams are unobtainable. The most important thing to a person, their name, is tarnished.”
I can just imagine Russell tearing his clothes and sprinkling ashes on his head, as I read this.
You're exactly right they would. Russell seems to think that just existing with a disability is somehow inspiring, I'm not sure if that's because he doesn't understand normal human emotion properly and doesn't get what inspires people or he just thinks his life is so hard with his gimp face that doing anything is inspiring given how "woe is me" his life has been. But given airtime, people with no context would criticize AGT for letting him on to humiliate himself. What exactly is Russ' audition supposed to be? A retard jumping around stage to music? Even in the delusional world of Russell Greer, how can he possibly think that anyone would want to see this or that it is possibly inspirational? If anything the network would receive negative press as cruelly broadcasting some freak for laughs.
The language gets more and more unprofessional as time goes on with each filing. I remember in his most recent Swift lawsuit he kept bolding and italicizing words and sentences like he was getting tired of repeating himself, I always thought that was funny because it's his way of saying "listen you morons, this is why I'm right." But this one definitely has a lot of unprofessional language, it's night and day with what Skordas filed. I seem to remember some of his earlier filings having some attempt at legalese, but now they just read like something he posts on Facebook. I also appreciate the spelling errors like "ensure" instead of "endure." Why proofread when you're never wrong, after all. This might be the most unhinged filing of his, yet. I don't know, maybe I'm just forgetting just how inane his taylor stuff was, but there wasn't one sentence in this legal document that seemed to make any sense.
His entire conception of legal evidence is just... other-worldly. Showing a receipt for a stun gun to evidence what, exactly? That, in addition to being a stalker, you're paranoid? And bragging about making 'criminal complaints' (not really) is like saying your 1998 Honda Civic is worth $50,000 because you listed it for that on ebay. All it shows is that you're nuts, not that there's actually anything to your claims.
Getting into slapfights over whores on instagram and then blaming kiwifarms. Threatening to sue people over facebook comments and then blaming kiwifarms. Getting calls from some dude calling you a pipsqueak...
...well, okay, that one might be someone from here.
And as for his evidence, I think that shows how unhinged he's become too. He has no idea that these people who call/message him are from KF. We're just a scapegoat for anything that challenges his ego. He must go around thinking everyone is a troll after him. Just like in his book how he assumes everyone who's mean to him is from KF, I can't imagine how broken his brain is by now.
"My past doesn't define me" is exactly how a narcissist thinks. That quote is meant to be used by people who've been in abusive relationships, or were drug addicts, not people who commit crimes, get a slap on the wrist and learn nothing. For Russell, quotes like this are his way of saying "I've forgiven myself for the things I've done, so you can't hold them against me because it's all in the past." Just like how in his dating profile he mentions how he doesn't let his disability bother him so it shouldn't bother women. He wants other people to ignore his faults and bad actions without actually apologizing or changing.View attachment 2110904
Got nothing to say to this...
