Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

I'm not arguing that the right wing isn't the one paying more attention to reality right now, but don't mistake that for paying attention to reality in any considerable measure. The establishment goons of the right are just as detached from reality as the establishment goons of the left. The difference is that because the right wing is currently fighting an uphill battle, they're more willing to try to appeal to reason every once in a while.

Jesus fucking christ is the facade ever just going to finish crumbling? It feels like every day some new fuckup occurs that makes the biden administration seem more and more like a paper tiger constructed from the vellum skin of old man biden.

Indeed, nothing can really happen to "remove" Biden and Fix things if fraud is found..but we should be Auditing every single election we do afterwards in order to find faults in the system and fix them for next time.

But we aren't going to do that so the HONKENING CONTINUES.

A bit of a long-shot this one (I'd know, cause this more or less happened in my country and nothing changed) but say Joe or Kamala is caught on video saying, "Lmao I can't believe how easy it was to fool those dumb niggers that we didn't rig this shit, we're never gonna lose now," would he not be liable for impeachment?

Like if there's 100% irrefutable proof that the thing was rigged how would that go down? The presidency would go to the speaker of the house, wouldn't it? I'd imagine that'd be the last straw for most people. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a literal coup to install orange man as God-Emperor for life if that were to ever come to pass. Shame it'll never be, that'd be wild.

With any luck the new 40% tax won't go into effect until the 2022 tax year. Most crypto holders are cashing out during the current bull run expected to end in September, meaning 2022 would be a bear year of losses. I hope that works out :D

Sometimes the tax code is retroactive for the year it is passed in, but usually it's not. We'll see, but it's clownworld and the lefties in power suck ass so who knows.

There is really nothing..in the Constitution for "What happens if we find out the president cheated after he is sworn in."

Like you could impeach him..but that would make Kamala the President...THEN you would have to Impeach Kamala..which would put Pelosi in power.

I'm wondering if its more of a temperature check. They know its too late for anything short of apocalyptic evidence of meddling to fuck it up. So if we presume that meddling did happen and then look at this decision, the meddling probably isn't bad enough to overturn Biden. But conservatives have been so incapable of doing anything regardless of what comes up, that it could be a good litmus test to just let the investigation go, find evidence that something was fucky, and see what they do, if anything, with actual ammunition in their hands. If they squander it, you know you can go harder.

DC statehood is dumb because it gives the state government the authority to harass federal officials and events. You know that shit isn't gonna be spread evenly.
