To sum up how the tranch works, it's completely dysfunctional as one would imagine. Honestly, it’s not that unusual for a woman to hate her body - it’s the foundation of all eating disorders, women wearing makeup because they refuse to let their husband see their face, etc - but the thing is that women like that are universally recognized as loony and in need of help. it’s not something you reveal for people to sympathize and tolerate with you, it’s something you disclose so you can get qualified help with the hating your body thing. I don’t think Kebin wants help with accepting his body for what it is, and more importantly, it’s a bit too late.

If you were referring to this post, I don't think they were asking Kevin to get a VPN/making sure he had one, (which would imply something shady like CP was going on). Kevin had just posted about how he now was free from our prying eyes.
