I could be wrong about all of this. My belief is she wants Peetz to leave but keep his name on the apartment. Chantal is a creature of her comforts. Getting fucked on a floor mattress will get old. An issue with Peetz replacing Chantal with another roommate is that Chantal is currently paying some part of his half of the rent. He "pays what he can" and in streams from a few months ago he was complaining about his own finances and how he was "just breaking even". With less than half the rent to pay and still only breaking even, he won't be able to stay there if Chantal leaves.

My guess is that Chantal is dreading living there for another year so she's trying to construct a situation where she can be elsewhere and then later not have them renew the lease. The past year has been hell, not just health-wise but she's clearly much more depressed now, to the point it's even difficult to make a shitty prerecorded video. There are probably many causes for this but her environment is probably part of it, at least in her mind. So she seems to be on the lookout for any opportunity to get out of there, be it Eurobeeze or the Egyptian cokehead.

Chantal isn't so cartoonishly evil she'd to just ditch Peetz with a home he can't pay for, but staying somewhere else while still paying her rent seems very likely. It's like the first step and she can later turn into fully moving out without feeling like she has stabbed Peetz in the back.
