It eventually was gonna happened, ebola and swine flu were failed attempts.
Probably. And the vax for the second was undeniable junk. If that view becomes general for the COVID vax, the 'far-right' will be blamed. Renamed flu is better as it generates known and predictable symptoms. Ebola might've been more unknowable.

PETALING JAYA: Malaysians are generally eager to get in line for the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine.

"Sign me up!", "I'm in", "Finally" and "I volunteer as a tribute!" were among the responses from Malaysians on social media after Khairy Jamaluddin announced that Malaysia will be offering the AstraZeneca vaccine on a “first come, first served” basis to the general public.

The coordinating minister for the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme said on Wednesday (April 29) that the vaccines will be given only to those who voluntarily receive them.

Although some remain sceptical, Malaysians who are eager to get in line are anticipating more details on the inoculation programme.

One of them is YouTuber and radio host Jin Lim, better known as Jinnyboy, who asked Khairy if this will be open to all.

"Will this be for the general public... or is priority given to seniors (senior citizens) first?" he asked on Twitter.

Khairy replied that this is meant for the general public, adding that clinical guidelines for different age groups will be published later to help the public make an informed decision.

The main question on the minds of interested Malaysians is how they can be part of it, like Rukkeeshrau Subarau, who asked "How to register for it?"

Another Twitter user, Iswar Nethi @iswarnethi, could barely hide his enthusiasm when he said: "I am going to pounce on the AstraZeneca vaccine the moment it becomes available."

Aysha Ridzuan @ayshardzn said: "It’s available if you want it, if you are 18 & above. 260k doses available. Who’s gonna sign up? I think I will."

During the announcement, Khairy said vaccination dispensing centres (PPV) will be opened in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur for now, where the number of Covid-19 infections is very high.

In response to this, numerous requests were also made on social media for the AstraZeneca vaccine drive to be held outside Kuala Lumpur and Selangor as well.

Facebook user Michael Sak said he lives in Penang but wants to take the AstraZeneca vaccine.

"Will (the government) set up PPVs in Penang for this?" he asked.

"If available in Seremban I will take it. Better than waiting and waiting," said another Facebook user, Jennie Lee.

Chey Vun Khen said: "I live in Sandakan but I want to have this (AstraZeneca) jab. The sooner one gets jabbed the better."

He also suggested that the registration process for the AstraZeneca vaccination be incorporated in the MySejahtera app to make things easier for Malaysians who are interested.

Twitter user MomofBoys @elleharis echoed the sentiment, saying: "Can we consider optimising MySejahtera and not (use) a new registration system... for AstraZeneca? Then all our data comes from one source."

Malaysia currently has about 268,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccines with another shipment due in May.

Now why would you volunteer for a vaccine that is still being worked on, has shown to have some serious side effects (as some of you have posted in this thread), and comes in 3 different fucking flavors?

Why be an unpaid lab rat?

Earlier this year a family member of mine asked me if I had already registered for the vaccine, which I haven't.

To my surprise, they haven't either because they waiting to see if it's actually safe before getting it.

I gotta admit, it's nice to know that there's still people who aren't jumping the gun on this thing.

You'd think that a troon/troon supporter like CloverLioness would understand that the concerns about this vaccine aren't as a simple as reducing it to a binary choice for many people. It's not simply: vaccines all good, shoot me up or vaccines all bad, begone needle. There is the option of: vaccines can be good, but I can be skeptical about a hastily made one for a virus that's a relative nothing burger.

You mean that the non-binary crowd has reduced everything else down to good/bad. A *binary* choice, MWAHAHAHAHA

I think its perfectly reasonable to know that COVID is overblown and (most) governments are handling this like tards without going into shit about how "this was a conspiracy years in the making".

Hanlon's Razor.
This is my regular reminder that Hanlon's Razor is not real and originates from a joke book. The response to this pandemic has 100% been a self-interested choice from anyone with executive power at all levels. We've seen it manifest in the federal government, the state governments, other countries governments, city governments, and all the way down to freaking school boards. Pretending that most of these actors are merely stupid instead of as morally empty and opportunistic, the real requirements for climbing the bureaucratic ladder, is not going to serve you in understanding the situation that we are currently in.

Fauci hadn't reached yet the stage of "Faucipuff" but Joe Rogan touched some of his nerves to get Fauci triggered. https://trendingpolitics.com/fauci-...people-to-avoid-vaccine/?utm_source=economics ( https://archive.ph/Af4Ce )

Podcaster Joe Rogan has kicked the hornet’s nest after he dared to suggest that younger people who are in good health should refrain from lining up to take “the jab”. The stance puts him at conflict with the Biden administration and Big Pharma.

Rogan moved his enormously popular show last year from YouTube to Spotify in a $100 million deal which gives the platform exclusive rights to the podcast. During the episode he was engaging in one of his trademark extended, far-ranging interviews, this one with comedian Dave Smith. The discussion quickly turned to vaccines and safety.

According to Rogan, “I think you should get vaccinated if you’re vulnerable. I think you should get vaccinated if you feel like… my parents are vaccinated. I’ve encouraged a lot of people to get … and people say, do you think it’s safe to get vaccinated? I’ve said, yeah, I think for the most part it’s safe to get vaccinated. I do. I do.”

Rogan added, “But if you’re like 21 years old, and you say to me, should I get vaccinated? I’ll go no. Are you healthy? Are you a healthy person? Like, look, don’t do anything stupid, but you should take care of yourself. You should — if you’re a healthy person, and you’re exercising all the time, and you’re young, and you’re eating well, like, I don’t think you need to worry about this.”

Oh you have me mistaken.
Self-interested and opportunistic I believe, a pre-planned well-coordinated global conspiracy years in the making I do not.

I still maintain the early response was pure bed-shitting stupidity though, even if selfish stupidity. I absolutely agree that the follow-up choice to continue to expand executive powers and use corporations to enforce policy that government legally cannot is intentional self-interested choice.

Nah it's for sure a globally coordinated power grab, the only way to explain it.

For example, the 'cases' in my state were overwhelming, and then the election happened, and they changed the PCR cycles and the cases 'magically' went away. My governor, does press conference basically every day, and I've listened to probably a hundred of them out of the 150 he has done--he has never once even so much as mentioned the phrase 'PCR'. This is vitally important information that he has no reason not to communicate. Other governors are doing the same.

The lies using stats, the marketing, the CNN scoreboards, the fake videos out of China showing people dropping dead on the spot, all were a coordinated action. The exact playbook is happening in India now.

Being incompetent in general, yet self serving enough to take local advantage of your stupidity writ large is much more believable than some massive shadow cabal that is staggeringly competent enough to plan this utter shit show years in advance.
