Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

It's of course possible now that we live in clown world that's that's why I said it's improbable. However it's easier and more profitable to build new large scale developments on large empty land then it is to tear down older neighborhoods. Instead if they wanted to diversify these types of communities they would financially add incentives to minorities to buy homes in them though neighborhood finance agencies

I know you are joking but considering the messed up stuff the U.S. did (slavery, Native American genocide etc) it could be argued that the British Empire was more ethical than the American Colonies. That's not to say they were saints but I don't think they were ever as bad as the early U.S. was.

The U.S. didn't start slavery. The Native Americans were driven off land by a coalition of French/Spanish/English forces. Yea sure 'trail of tears' but there was messed up stuff before the country was ever founded.
