The throat clearing is relatively new, but it could be a tic. People can develop new tics anytime, especially when stressed. That said, the most common reason for throat clearing like that is heartburn. She’s got acid erupting from her stomach like a volcano, and with a few days of 3,000 calories instead of 10,000 calories, plus sleeping flat down without her cPAP, it might be splashing up all the way to her vocal cords, causing that pain.

Or it could be drugs, or an infection. I want Covid too but we won’t get that lucky.

Her making demon noises at her cat are also sometimes tics. Ive heard her do it when she wasn’t home-just thinking about Sham can set it off.

My theory is that she has decided that being with a feeder is her only option and she has now realized Joe would be a big step up from Dom.
