So. not really a big deal, but just another hilarious Mana interaction from someone outside her hugbox. I still fucking like her metal covers and the "I'm a VTuber" satire bit was actually well done - but she still interacts with the rest of the internet like she has a huge stick up her fucking ass. Which is par for the course for most young metalheads - kind of a good reminder on why I prefer talking to metal fans when they're older and more mellowed out.

She's trying very hard to troll people and be funny, but she needs to actually be serious sometimes for it to work. It's a shame because she's actually pretty good at these, but they're just oversaturated. If the uploader were Fubuki, Risu or even Nyanners it would be a glorious unexpected shitpost because they actually do "normal" stuff most of the time. With her, the last time she did anything remotely vtuber-like was back in March with her Marshmallow reading. Nobody is surprised by the 50th bait and switch video in a row.

think its just a select few that find her cringe and annoying. Some find it endearing and cute. Some don't. For some, the gap moe is what does it (spitting bars and suddenly she's an adorkable klutz? Moe). And for some yea, its the rapping.

I should clarify that by 'fake voice' I mean that she naturally expresses her voice in a way that is clearly not how she'd talk in real life.

But unlike many V-tubers who heighten their pitch to appear cutesy, Calli mainly does it because awkward people who are tasked with speaking into a microphone change their voice into something they perceive to be more 'presentable' so that it's easier for them to talk.

She's streaming during Friday, at 9 AM for Asian Timezones

Unless her Asia fans are willing to get reprimanded by their bosses/teachers, I'd give her 100k at best

The timezone just sucks for her.

I'd gladly eat my words if I'm wrong though; I want Gura to break records too, but the cards doesn't seem to be there

Rap music is either love it or hate it. Same with any other music genres. Like how in mid 2000s we have Arvil Lavigne and Taylor Swift who were polar opposite to one another in term of style and their fandoms were at each other neck in term of autistic.
