I for one would be glad to see the return of prime 2016/2017 DSP - who was just an angry cunt to everyone who offered even a shred of constructive criticism or advice.

The DSP that told someone who had suggested quick and easy recipes that he made to get back on his feet when his brother passed away to 'fuck off and make your own stream if you want to be the King of Suffering'.

Pretty sure he mentioned last night during Pokemon Snap that he had a dedicated group of supporters for the Nier game so he's just being a fake faggot.

I don't know why he is getting anymore tips below $10 because it's obviously the same 3-4 whales doing sock accounts doing the heavy lifting. He doesn't need anything more, retards. Ask him if he has enough for his mortgage now and he will lean in ban you because he doesn't want to eat bread and stare at a wall.

Has Phil mentioned actually paying his Federal Income Tax yet?

In America the filing deadline got pushed back from April 15th to May 17th this year due to Chinavirus.

With his insane begging with May 15th as the target I can't help but wonder if he is begging for money to pay his taxes. He seems to be begging for well over double what his mortgage is, and that's the only need for money he is citing.

Since the de-partnering he has actually received a rolling average of $450 to $500 a day in tips I think and is still claiming that he needs a begathon for whatever May 15th is.

Personally, I think it's his mods and a handful of regulars. Since OIC got mod, he's been nowhere to be seen (unless he's more present on night streams, I only catch the morning stream due to the time difference) but I'm confident that he's still kahntributing ma-hoo-ssive pahsitivity on the QT. I don't think his mods are comfortable tipping under their known usernames incase it comes across as them paying for the priveledge of modding an Autism Speaks IRC (which they are).

I've also noticed recently, since watching Dave again after a while, that since his de-partnership a lot of his regulars just straight up shit on him in chat now. I think the ones who are still in the grip of pignosis make tips under aliases in order to save face amongst their ex-peers.

If that's the case, you can bet your ass that it's not so that he can pay those taxes at all. It's so he can pay them AND whale out worry-free. Gotta have both.

Recent drama usually causes a spike in viewership on DSP's streams, but I think he's pulling in and keeping a greater number of hatewatchers because
A. His streams no longer have ads anymore, so you don't need to watch a restreamer to laugh at Phil without giving him pennies
B. They want to see Phil losing his mind over the Tips Goal and whether or not his whales are capable of pulling off the $200 consistently. Every time he does meet the Goal, the viewership drops significantly. And by "significantly", I mean literally over 50%.
Phil's stream is almost always full of people talking shit, he just ignores it for the most part and only responds to people giving him money. He only ever bans people if he's especially in a bad mood.

Phil has become a true and legitimate serious addict and there is no overstating this. Everything he does appears to revolve around his addiction.

The more you look at the situation, the more obvious it is. A normal person only gets paid every 2 weeks. If they are a gambling addict, they spend it all in a day or two, then can't gamble or even eat until their next paycheck. Its kind of a self-limiting cycle.

Phil set himself up for a endless hits by working 6 days a week and getting paid every day. This is not by accident. He can gamble every single day, digging him deeper into the addiction and dependency of it. This is why he is obsessed with tips, he needs them to keep coming in every day, twice a day, so he always has funds to play with, or he'll become depressed with withdrawal.

Another sign of extreme addiction is his inability to accomplish anything outside of his daily stream. He can't be bothered to set up BTTV, or a green screen, or clean up his Patreon, because to do so would take away time from gacha. It's not just laziness, seriously, this is probably related to the severity of his problem. Also, his rigid schedule, frequent breaks during streams, and excuses for why he can't see the ENT, or get a COVID vaccine might be centered around making sure he doesn't cut into his time for mobile games.

As long as the money keeps coming in, he'll keep feeding his addiction and let everything else slide.

DSP was departnered, and has been threat begging while doing nothing to benefit his audience. So basically the same shit he's been doing almost his entire life.
