So I was bored and checking Russ' website - for some reason, he seems to have deleted that embedded clip of the Friends episode - I have no clue why; maybe he was worried about copyright or something?

(I'm still in awe of how God-awfully bad that website looks).
It looks like something I'd make if I got really drunk and just found my best friend in bed with my wife while bringing a hooker home.

Yeah the clip is gone and he replaced it with the Yovanna video.

That's supposed to say "Lyrically Smooth" but he, or more likely whoever he's paying doesn't know how web design works.

And why does he have two separate music parts for "electric bass" and "bass guitar"? They're the same instrument.

Why would he even have steel guitar in a tween pop song?

If he actually paid someone to create that piece of shit then that's the funniest thing I've read all day - his Encyclopedia Dramatica article probably looks more well-coded than what he's passing off as a website.

It looks like he copied the drum rhythm onto the bass guitar track. Perhaps for a percussive bass sound.

Last week I commented how stupid it was that he put "musically driven" in white font over a white keyboard when he had darker parts of the picture right below it. He somehow made it worse.
Everyone else would have to go out of their way to be this shitty at everything, but with Russ it just comes naturally. It's unfathomable, really.

He's obviously using an out-of-the-box template and has only ever edited it through his mobile phone. I don't think he's ever viewed it on a computer!

If you ignore the quality of the images he's using, you'll see that they actually scale properly in the website's mobile view.

Everything you said and more. He doesn’t know what the fuck he’s doing.

Russ's motion in opposition to dismissal. In it, he fails to understand that 'failure to state a claim' is not just any claim, but a claim upon which relief can be granted, doesn't understand the 1st Amendment as it relates to 'hate speech' and most delightfully, thinks that his stalking victim isn't REALLY a victim and thinks the fact that he wrote a letter to the judge saying that it was all a misunderstanding should be evidence of that. It's amazing.

Sorry for the blank pages but since Russ put them in, why shouldn't we have them...

no victim? he was convicted. it's HARD to get a stalking conviction. he has at least the one victim. I tend to think anyone subjected to him for more than a passing moment is victimized, but he has a technical, legal, actual victim and I'm not surprised he's lying about that.

Russ, you've lived in vegas less than 6 months. You're not a local. No need to try and be cool by shitting on tourists who are there having a good time and also supporting the very industry that keeps you employed.

You'll never be considered a local you creep

Yes, but she's only a victim "in the eyes of the law"

...he writes, in a legal document as part of a lawsuit :story:

Just like the rest of his attitude being a thin veneer for being a creepy stalker, he's infatuated with the glitz and glamor of Vegas. It's impressive. It's supposed to wow you that he's living in a big, fancy place like Las Vegas. It's the equivalent of a youtuber moving to California for some dumbass channel project.

It just wraps back around to Butternut Squash having this insatiable need to explain what it is he REALLY meant.

Nick is going to cover this on his show tonight with his set of lips so you can experience the RG in real time.
Russtard is sure mad that his non stop fuck ups keep going and not due to his dreams.
Between Null an YoVanna video flop...He s having a very bad month.
I still think he used stimulus check to pay for his shitty video.
One last point,Russell has said he is a public figure who has been in the press as Null brings up so ratface may have shot himself in the foot and I hope it comes back on him harder than he could imagine.

The video was something he made with a generator provided by Distrokid, the service he pays to get his songs distributed. So it was probably fine copyright-wise. He might have just intended it as a placeholder until he got the real video done.
He says he's not making fun of these people but he's certainly belittling them. He's also once again bitter that people hold his own words and actions against him. But most of all, he's exhausted and tired by not getting fame and recognition for his work that he thinks he deserves. That's what he's really upset about. He's angry that other people than him are getting the fame he feels he deserves. Because in his mind, that's the only reason to do any of this. There's no passion, it's all just for the endgoal of fame, money and sex.
Among the many things that Russ doesn't understand is the concept of "fifteen minutes of fame". Pretty soon, the skateboard TikTok guy that Russ is so miffed about is going to be forgotten by the public consciousness. He's not going to be living in a mansion, never having to work another day in his life, with a harem of hot women at his beck and call. At best he'll be able to license his video and likeness for some extra cash while he's still relevant. It will be an interesting story that the guy can tell his friends and a happy moment that he'll cherish for the rest of his life. And that's still more than anything Russ will achieve.

Hopefully this time he'll, you know, talk about the fucking filing instead of letting his chat derail him constantly.

Why talk about the filing when he can explain for thirty minutes why he needs studio lighting? At this point, I'm just miffed there's not another lawyer-type to talk about Peanut Head.

That seems to be the entire reason he moved to Vegas. When Russ said he was a "big fish in a small pond" in Utah, what he really meant was that he thought his date proposals would be more enticing in Vegas instead of West Jordan, Utah. Sure, he's just going to take you to Wahlburgers (and make sure the order qualifies for the coupon) and bring you back to stay at his ghetto-ass Section 8 hovel. But hey, if you play your cards right, Russ might even give you a dollar to play the penny slots. Can't do that in Utah, can you?

Thank you for the update @Apteryx Owenii ! My favorite bits: on page 4, when he asks the judge to just ignore the established law of the CDA and get it overturned real quick so Russell can win a case. And then when he seethes for a page because of "victims"! He already did that in his first filing! If the judge didn't care then they're going to get really sus now.

Cute how he believed his lawyer telling him that he was "close to not guilty" or whatever on his stalking charge. That's Russell: who believes everything hookers tell him is the truth.

EDIT: @StraightShooter2 Link added, thank you.
