I have a question for some of the Reddit moderators who have joined the thread,
@Mary Tyler Meltdown @Dramanautilus @Top Mind
As a moderator, have you ever considered adopting a no-tagging rule as part of the rules listed in your subreddit?
Probably a good idea to put this here at this point. Bardfinn is a mod of r/masstagger.
There's a mention of kiwifarms in the comments.
I archived a version of the thread that has removed comments, one where someone challenged Bardfinn about whether or not he is a good faith moderator.
I think it's interesting that Bardfinn tries the "they were harassing a WOMAN" card and the user doesn't buy it and then he hides behind the "it was all in private communications which I couldn't share due to reddit user agreement"...because they had "special privileges" as a mod. They have crowed about using special privileges as a mod of topminds to add to their database....
It's interesting that newpoetlawyerette jumps in to essentially call the Chapo a sexist and when he tells her to fuck off, Bardfinn jumps in to defend the co-mod.
"Right, because as a dude, you are
able to keep "anything else" out of your "logical discussion." You don't have to deal with the way women are treated daily by the world, so you get to pick and choose when that feels relevant to your discussion.
Pro tip: don't accuse a woman calling you out for being sexist trash "whiney." It only proves her point."
I wonder how newpoetlawyerette feels now knowing that Bardfinn is, in fact, a physically abusive male who victimized his wife.
What I would like to know is that if Bardfinn is a mod of r/masstagger, does he have the ability to simply add anyone he wants to to that program based on his own facile observations of them on reddit.
Bardfinn can't handle having their paranoid bubble pierced.
"many neoNazi and Confederate flags flew over our nation's capitol, as armed and equipped teams hunted Congresspeople to execute, inspired by a Republican president."
NO neo nazi flags flew over our nation's capitol. I think I saw, in all the photos, one confederate flag. The majority of flags present were American flags and Gadsden flags.
Another narrative is demolished in one questionh

No guns at all were seized at the riot.
OMG.

Oh, certainly CPAC made their stage shaped like some Nazi "rune" no one knows about in order to be total Nazis.
Insanity.

A total falsehood by a twitter bluecheck posted as fact by Bardfinn:
"Reminder to those who haven’t yet voted: Trump wanted us to explore gassing, electrifying, and shooting migrants at the border. Is that who we are? Vote him out."
Anything for the cause... but honestly Steven believes all of this. Mr Scientist "I need evidence" is just a wild conspiracy theorist.

Look at the end here: "It won't stop the Secret Service from adding you to a list and handing that over to Proud Boy chapters at the behest of the Trump buffons, but ffs Reddit admins won't suspend your account."
This dude thought that the Secret Service was handing the names of people who wished death on Trump over to the Proud Boys.

"Hello!
We'd like to remind everyone that screenshots from across social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, and yes, Reddit, have to have Legal Names and Usernames redacted from them.
This is because Reddit has a rule against Harassment, and if the person in the screenshot gets harassed because of your post, Reddit will be unhappy with you.
Even if it's Proud Boys posing as you, doing the harassing, to get you in trouble.
So redact / censor the usernames and legal names from your screenshots, OK?"
And yet Steven continued to use usernames of people on againsthatesubreddits and even post them to twitter.
This is proof that he knew he was doing something allegedly "against the reddit rules".
