This show has been on since 2018, but has gotten a bigger fanbase as of late

This thread to discuss this show about little dog kids that play with their parents and stuff

My questions are:

1. Is it good as people make it out to be?
3. Is the 2018 Australia children's show related to the 1976 Australian crime drama show?
2. Is it Australia's way of infantilizing the rest of the western world?
3. Is @Bluey the real Bluey?

I know about the show. When I go to sleep I need the TV on, so it's usually on when I wake up. I just didn't expect a thread about it.
 
My younger nephew watches it from time to time on his ipad. From what I seen it's a bit more tolerable than most other kids shows. I never watched more than a minute or two though. He seems to like it because of the accents.

I'm sorry but I can't see most shows like this as anything more than degenerate horny furry magnets after trawling the Farms for so long. Doesn't matter if they're good or not, as long as they have popular anthro species in them I know at least one furfag is enjoying it way too much.

Oh don't forget that some person said that Bluey was "Racist" and needed "Dogs of Colour" when there are breeds of dogs.

1. I guess that depends on which people? I've only seen one episode, but it seems good for children. The family dynamic is surprisingly warm and positive, and there's some clever imagination games that might inspire kids to get away from Tiktok for a few minutes. I wouldn't say it's as appropriate for all ages as MLP was, but if you're a parent or a child, yeah, sure, give it a shot.
3. Not as far as I know. It's possible, but I'm not seeing any connections between Bluey and Bluey on a cursory search of Wikis and fansites.
2. My understanding is no. Bluey is actually pretty Australio-centric, almost to the point of promoting an Australian bluedog ethnostate. The rest of the Western world doesn't seem to factor into Bluey at all.

anyway, onto fandom related stuff, ive seen fans of the show ship both Bluey and a descendant of surrender monkeys, thoughts on that?

I've only seen a few clips from different episodes when I worked with pre-k kids at my old job and I played it for one of them who really likes the show. I thought it was cute and definitely not as obnoxious as most kids shows.

It's a pretty wholesome show TBH. It isn't braindead stupid like Paw Patrol or bizarre as hell as Peppa Pig.

The show certainly leans more on the realistic side of things compared to most other baby animation shows.

The parents acting like normal parents? Wow. The kids acting like normal kids? Wow.

The fact they also tackled subjects like death and one of the characters has ADHD or something like that. It was handled well.

I'm honestly surprised a show like that not concerned with "diversity." and having "dogs of colour" as you so put it came out of Australia of all places. Frankly IMO...it's a harmless show, better and less insufferable than peppa pig by a mile. Better for kids than the crap the tumblur pedos over at CN and nick are making these days. CN especially

The show has different breeds of dogs. Liberals are just retarded they don't realized in this world there are different breeds of dogs instead of different people of color. From what I read the creator based this show off him and his daughter own imaginative adventures. So the fact that the guy based the show off himself and daughter it's quite sweet in my eyes. It makes it stand out now and days compare to all the cartoons that are made by pedos, trannies, bi and any other stupid shit that have agendas

The various dog breeds count as "Dogs of Colour" as is. The show has a dog with ADHD as well.
