Nah both public and private schools are also full of abusers. Assuming the palies have artillery likely the best thing they could do would be to fire off a couple of missiles just to get IDF's countermeasures to fire off and give away their locations, and then shell those positions followed by actual missile barrages. I also kinda wonder what the IDF is actually using for guidance on those surface-to-air missiles. It might be possible to rig up a dummy missile with chaff and flares to cause some of their missiles to miss the entire barrage.
