French isn't my first language, but ”s'auto-proclaimer” just sounds weird?

I'd probably say ”se proclaimer” or ”se déclarer” - not to mention that ”qu'on gagne par nos actions” sounds weird because the rest of the sentence uses ”on” to mean ”you” (”on ne peut pas s'auto-proclaimer allié” - you can't just declare yourself to be an ally) but that translates as ”which we earn by our actions”.

In conclusion, the one thing you'd expect a Québécois called Guillaume Labelle to do is speak French.

How much do you have to donate to Labelle's Patreon before you can be called an ally?

But really if you cared about that nonsense you could just call yourself nonbinary and be immune from criticism without having to put in any effort, maybe asexual too so you can have an excuse for not wanting to sleep with troons.

Why be an ally when you can just make up a half dozen utterly bullshit "marginalized identities" and be higher on the progressive stack than this fucking fat pedophile piece of shit? No, bitch, you better be my ally you fucking bigot.

You probably speak a better french than most french people.
I'm a native french speaker and i didn't even spot the mistake because we can't speak our own language.

"s'auto-proclamer" is a pleonasm (It's used a lot because "auto-proclamé" is correct : " c'est un roi auto-proclamé").

"on" can be both "we" or "you" depending on the context.

The most hilarious about labelle's french is when he tries to force gender neutral language and anglicisms when it just doesn't work. French sjws do this too and it's ridiculous.
My personal favorites :

Empowering - Empouvoirant
They/them - iel/iels
Gender non-conforming - non conforme dans le genre

"on" can be both "we" or "you" depending on the context.
I know that but it seems jarring to use both within the same sentence.

I'd rewrite that whole sentence as ”il ne faut pas se déclarer allié au mouvement LGBT or aux homosexuels/transgenres; c'est un titre que nous gagnons par nos actions”.
”Ally” as a noun is very much an Anglicism in this context (I know allié can mean ”ally” but I've never heard it used for fags in French), so I'd specify what group you're allied to, using falloir as an impersonal verb removes the weirdness with on being used for two different things in the same sentence - similarly using nous makes the sentence a lot clearer.
They/them - iel
Iel is bad enough, but have you seen inclusive French? It involves shit like un.e and I don't know or want to know what they do for words like travailleur/travailleuse where you can't just stick an E on the end.
Empowering - Empouvoirant
I'd just say ”qui donne du pouvoir aux groupes marginalisés” (which gives power to marginalised groups) to make it clearer.

Using a present participle in that case strikes me as a bad translation of English and in Bongland you very rarely teach people how to use present participles until the last year of the GCSE or the A level purely to stop people mistranslating ”I'm speaking to” as ”je suis en parlant à” or whatever.
Gender non-conforming - non conforme dans le genre
Again, that just sounds like a literal translation of English. I'd say ”qui ne conforme pas aux rôles du genre” (which does not conform to gender roles).

Billy really is an abusive piece of shit, isn’t he? Yet again, we see this need to control other people. “You cannot decide that you are a friend to us, we will decide. Maybe you have to work harder. Maybe you will never succeed in meeting our approval. Maybe you need to totally abase yourself. Maybe that won’t be enough. I notice you still have some money there, planning on spending it on yourself were you? I always knew you were a Nazi.”

In french leftist circles they write "travailleur-euse" or even "travailleureuse" and they say it out loud too. I've heard some guy say "dessinateurices" it was embarrassing.

French isn't my first language, but ”s'auto-proclaimer” just sounds weird?

Perhaps it's a question of "troon jargon" which is not quite French. As it might be some of the peculiarly trans-tastic phraseology used in English.

I mean as used by Francophone transgender types in France or even in Canada (other than LaBelle).

What would the platypus need with that pouch/fanny pack?

A pink one. It might be part of the trans uniform as imagined by LaBelle.

I mean, LaBell is talking about this in terms of gender-neutral names because he doesn't understand any better.

Iceland still has men's names and women's names, as dictated by tradition. Guðrún, Anna and Helga are still women's names. Just because a man isn't blocked from calling himself Helga doesn't mean it's not a woman's name. Iceland aren't doing anything progressive or gender reaffirming here, they're just loosening up their rules to what other western countries have been doing since long before the troon wars got started. Same as in other western countries, if a man wants to name himself Jeanette in the UK, nobody's going to stop him. If a woman wants to not go by the last name of Larsson (technically gendered because it's derived from son of Lars), she can change her last name to Smith. But the overweight Icelandic AGP with a 5 o'clock shadow who goes by the name of Margrét is still a man with a woman's name.
does make ya wonder why Sophie wasn't lambasting Iceland for it long ago.

Stick Figure Cat with a strap-on has some choice words about that

The ferret makes a good point. I hope that known pedo Sophie Labelle takes it on board.
