But again.. my long-winded point is... how the hell haven't either more online websites or drama/news channels ever exposed, or even just covered his extremely shady tactics??? If any ever have, I'd assume I'd have read it here or watched it on 1 of the various detractor ytubers..
It's because in the real world, the big boy world, he's insignificant. Even outside of the Farms and the small circle of detractor YouTube channels, he's a nobody. You said it yourself, you ask others and they respond with "Darksyde Who?"

On the Internet, we very much exist in bubbles. We choose to frequent certain sites and follow news that interests us. Others do the same. That's what brought us all to the Farms and this thread in particular. We share those common interests but it's easy to lose sight of that and to then assume that the entire world is also along for the ride.

I think that's where the people who get genuinely angry at Phil are going wrong. They just need to realise that at the end of the day, there's always more important things to talk and think about than Phil, but it's an interesting car crash to watch regardless. So just sit back, relax and don't worry about it! :christine:

Times are really down at the Burnell condominio he is selling off memorabilia of him and john.

A few things even as a joke this is stupid as shit, What the fuck is that autograph, I wonder how much it cost that guy to get Phil to scribble his username on this?
Willing to bet that this isn’t a joke since the account was made in 2010, and has a feedback score from over a year ago.

I think that, much like Phil, the (former?) fan just has absolutely no understanding on the real value of money.

To be fair I wouldn't put it past Nigel to fully dox one of the editors and leverage their cubfurryincest fetish into an article.

Yea, I get all that, but I still am surprised he hasn't been covered for his bs. Like, InvaderVie (had to look up her name) & BadBunny both were heavily covered & shamed for their "sub to me! If u can't afford it that's a lie!" spiels that they gave their viewers. Idk how many subs/viewers they each get typically, though i'm sure it's more than dsp. .... .... I guess notoriety isn't the point anyway; the story is in the scam tactics being used by dsp.

Also, just to clarify in case it wasn't clear, I'm not expecting him to get covered on TV or something big. I was thinking either internet articles or ytube channels like PhillyD/etc, since internet/streaming news & drama are often covered in those spaces.

YUGE PROPS to Nigel for, I'm assuming, helping to get that dex article created! If Phil ever addresses it, it'll be interesting to hear the pignosis spell he chooses to cast..perhaps a "FAKE NEWSS!1" summon? Who knows...

Now, I've posted this on various YouTube comment sections/etc, but never really got an answer... though I know the answer is fairly obvious likely. What I mean is, after getting into watching Twitch in the last 6 months - typically ppl with anywhere from 10 to 500 viewers - it really hit me how much of a despicable fuck DSP is. I already knew his brand of constant tip-shaming & begging was unique... but of all the streamers I watch, none ever bring up money, other than when they are actually donated/subbed to. Nor do they have tip goals regularly displayed; sub goals are normal, & some will have "xxx to afford new PC set-up/something beneficial to the stream itself", but never just a flat 0/$200. Hell, even the hot tub streamers don't bring it up (not like they need to really). & if they get tipped at all, let alone $50+, they are ecstatic & extremely grateful.

So my point is... if you were to describe to anyone how Phil treats his audience & his endless begging... they'd be horrified & in disbelief. Obviously most ppl don't even know who DSP is; I've name-dropped him a lot in various streams & rarely get anyone remotely familiar w/ him. & even if they know of him, they likely aren't familiar w/ his lore, outside of the beating-off incident. But again.. my long-winded point is... how the hell haven't either more online websites or drama/news channels ever exposed, or even just covered his extremely shady tactics??? If any ever have, I'd assume I'd have read it here or watched it on 1 of the various detractor ytubers..

Now, I realize this is a double-edged sword. On one hand, exposing his bs would cause him to freak, maybe break the pignosis on some, & rally ppl to perhaps 'cancel' him somehow (idk how but it'd at least make companies less inclined to ever help him). On the other hand though, this would bring him exposure. Now we all know that pigs hate exposure, especially big, dumb, ugly pigs..... but pigluck would dictate that somehow he'd gain a few new fans, & at least 1 would probably be on the OIC spectrum.

Still I'd argue that having him more widely exposed would be worth it... but anyway, figured I'd type up & post this mess, as it's been on my mind lately. I'm sure I'm not the first to think/ask this, but yeah.

for most people he isn't that interesting because if they want to watch a gross, smelly mentally ill drunk guy aggressively panhandle all day they can just take a trip downtown and come across several. he is really really funny and the entire thing is probably the most bizarre thing on the web but to get to the good parts you have to sift through a lot of content starring a boring bizarre basket case with one of the most obnoxious voices ever. even once you get there the payoff is more of an understated black comedy than what would make it onto tosh.0 or whatever show took its place that average guys watch.

like his definition of a rainy day fund is literally the funniest fucking thing in the world to me and i start cackling out loud whenever it pops into my head but without being familiar with the bankruptcy and the wrestling addiction and the Tax Guy its just kind of an amusing line.

It's pretty simple. What sort of article will gain the attention of a mostly adolescent-to-young-adult male audience?
A clickbait title with an image of an attractive young woman?
Or a clickbait title with an image of an overweight, greaseball middle-aged man?

Don't be silly and think that any online journalist of any genre reports on topics for any reason other than $'s per click.

Not 100% certain but this is the first time I believe DSP has been fully independent as a beggar online, and I spent some time thinking about it too hard and I've figured out why DSP is having trouble with his tips goal. He forgot to account for how many ironic fans were propping up his Twitch paychecks every month, and since he's not added any new avenue for low cost low effort cow tipping he has lost a fairly significant portion of his income that I don't think his whales will be able to cover long term without starting to question how DSP never finds a financial equilibrium.

And in Phil's case, it's especially bottomless because he's never going to do anything about it. Not even quietly, because even if he was willing to do the work (which he isn't), and willing to part with the money (which he isn't), to get into addiction therapy, he then has to explain his numerous absences. Not to mention the fact that once he stops playing Champions and starts taking more days off to go to therapy, we're going to know exactly what is going on, and he has still given himself away as being the owner of that account. Which he doesn't want to do.

The only way out of this hell is through a hotter one, which serves to keep him right where he is. Forever.

Therapy would require leaving the house, which rules it out straight away.

And of course it was KGhaleon. Seriously, how insane do you have to be to endlessly scream into an echo chamber where you’re the only one to hear it?

His big question early on was "why are people having a hard time converting from cheering to tipping?" and the answer is exactly as you said: Most of the people who would cheer were trolls. Trolls could cheer and get a chance to bait DSP, it was the most common shit ever, now to bait DSP with money you have to tip him and he wants that shit verified before he accepts it so basically he wants you to dox yourself to him (make up a fake name my ass, deep down he wants that real info so he can tell who you are).

Put all this together and you have trolls who are understandably reluctant to give a known doxer and someone they think is scummy as hell their real name, address, last four of their bank/credit card, phone number, etc. This is why DSP went so hard on the "tipping doesn't dox you" thing since he got banned, he knows it's hurting his bottom line that the troll cheerers aren't idiots and won't tip him through paypal.

Do you think it's possible that someone has found a way to buy stolen verified PayPal accounts?

I've been thinking that if payments are made from them to Philth, it would be incredibly interesting to see what they do to him. Obviously Philth would have the money charged back, but he would also likely lose his PayPal account.

Normal people would question these activities, but Phil is too greedy and stupid to question it. There are certain people that know this could actually ruin him.

When laid out like this, its like the whales are being trolled more than Phil. He's getting more money, but the whales are paying more and assuming the risks of paypigging for Phil.

I like the stealth/unintentional scam that was pulled on wheelchairs here. Bleed them dry. They deserve it. Get those Tax Day Dimes.

He could always just stop playing Champions at some other time to throw us off the trail.
But if he were capable of doing that, he wouldn't be in this position to begin with.

Yea of course I get that anything w/ a female streamer will get more buzz typically. It's just that there's many articles & news uploads every day that briefly cover equally, if not more, dull ppl than dsp.

In the article's case, I could see a clickbaitey title of, "Twitch streamer makes 100k+/year & STILL DEMANDS fans donate to keep him off the street!!"

As far as yt news, again I'm picturing more of a PhillyD type set-up, where it's a 10-15 min video that covers 4-6 topics. " UNREAL! Jake Paul transitions?! Streamer scamming fans? Chinese rocket, & more!"

Idk, it just seems like an above average story if presented right. Most everyone would be shocked & many would be upset enoug⅔h to at least comment on it (the algorithm!). Plus they'd have all of our interest + those in the cult that can see and/or read. I recognize your points though & realize those obstacles are what have allowed dsp to drunkenly hobble, while rocking back & forth, under the radar.

I talk to some blokes that write articles and a 2nd one might happen, depending on friday, if Twitch pays him and if his scam works.

Not saying anything will happen, but you know. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Also remember that when you search for DSP on any platform, detractor content is always suggested before any content of his own, purely because detractors get so much more views/comments than Phil. In a way, nobody needs to write articles on him to expose his antics.

If anyone is ever interested in potentially speaking to him, hiring him or sponsoring him, that idea will be YEETed as quickly as it was conceived as soon as anyone begins even light research into who he is. He has literally given himself e-leprosy. He's untouchable.
