Depends on how strong pigroach luck applies to his body. One of my grandmothers was far fatter and just as sedentary as Phil, shaped like a fucking gumdrop, put five times more butter into her cooking than was really necessary, and battled breast cancer for over a decade until it finally brought her down in her 70s. She shouldn't have even been alive during the time I was born with the way she lived but she kept chuggin' until my early 20s and it wasn't even the horrific amounts of animal fat and cholesterol churning in her blood that ended her. To take it a step further, my grandfather, the man she married, the crazy bastard drank like a goddamn sailor for most of his life. He's still with us today, bless his heart, but he's fucking 91 and still hasn't even started to horrifically deteriorate yet.

So take care of your health, but don't be too salty when it turns out Phil will outlast us all, and celebrate his 100th birthday year (the entire year of course) on Twitch where OIC's adopted descendant drops another $200 from their should-be inheritance into Phil's pocket, as per the terms of his will. Even though he's on track to look like Prince Philip by his 50s.

Well people who have have horrible lifestyles can either die very early due to health complications but sometimes they can end up being lucky and with for a long time with little to no issues, the human body can be pretty resilient. Look no further then another lolcow orbiter Barbara Anne Weston Chandler, women was once a fat obese lazy bitch who absolutely has not looked after herself and looks terrible based on recent pictures, but yet she's hitting 80+ years old soon and hasn't really had too many health concerns pop up at all, aside maybe from some slight dementia (maybe).

I don't even understand why he uses the cards, when every pre-stream he basically trains his audience on how to give him money, down to the tiniest detail.
