Coco has done 3 of these duolingo spanish comedy streams and not only are they devoid of the stuff you say, they are also 100% chinkspam free. I guess chairman Mao is either intimidated or doesn't care about the latino bros.
Also kaichou streams this purely out of her own amusement, she definitely gets bigger supachats from other regions, my guess is she just likes messing around in spanish.

HoloES would be viable if they can solve the problem of regions and accents because latin americans cringe hard with european spanish, i dont see a full branch viable but a GPB with 3 members that can speak english and spanish could fly, probably 2 americans and 1 spaniard

I wonder what the market is for HoloES to be viable though. EN is wide enough it can target pretty much everybody outside of JP. Not sure what the stats are for ID but if it's anything like the rest of SEA, there ain't a lot of middle class folks with enough disposable income to count on for membership & superchat revenue. I'm thinking Latin America might have the same issue as the ID market, even though the population target is muuuuch bigger.

The 3rd game yes, I'm referring to the first 2, as I feel like they are better gameplay wise.

Square, being the company behind the fantastic naming conventions of Kingdom Hearts, chose to have annoying naming conventions with these games too. The games in order are: Bravely Default, Bravely Second, Bravely Default 2.

Bravely Second is a direct sequel to the original Bravely Default, and Bravely Default 2 is a completely separate game that simply shares a similar game design. The characters, story, world, combat mechanics, and even development team are different from the first 2 games. I still enjoy Bravely Default 2, but I felt like the world, story, and combat were much better in the first 2, especially world size.

Default/Second had a traditional FF massive world with multiple continents and an unlockable airship for quick travel. I haven't beaten the story quite yet, but I'm about 80 hours in, have 15 of the 20 classes, and Default 2 has a much smaller world, limited to a single continent. This is unless there's some massive opening of the world soon, which is entirely possible based on the twists and turns the first 2 games took.

Though I think they were 3DS exclusive and I highly doubt the Hologirls can get away with an Emulator so that's probably a nix on that one anyway.

I could somewhat understand an indie wanting to use their influence and platform to raise awareness about a niche issue (not that I'd recommend doing so but I could see why someone might make the decision to do that). Remember that chuba with the godly model that can do things with her toungue? She and her company is now in hot water, so to speak.

Little background for the company ProPro: when they were still small, they had this chuba, Yumesaki Mia that was getting clipped by some Taiwanese subbers. She thanked them and said 'I love Taiwan' on stream which was posted on mainland forums that resulted in her getting spammed by chinks. Taiwanese fans, in turn, supported the chuba and the company.

Now with their second gen Koinoya Mai , the established fanbase plus the high quality model and overall cute factor had her getting 100k subs in a month. She was Chinese subbed by her Taiwanese fans as always, but some translated vids were posted in Bilibili and got to like 1M views or something. This prompted her or her company to propose the idea of expanding to Bilibili for streaming, which expectedly angered the existing fans.

Pic above was the announcement stream that has chat that was filled with mainlanders mocking taiwanese fans, existing fans turning into antis and EOPs that for some reason are trying to become saviors.

Tldr: Chuba translated clips by tw fans got million views on Bilibili. Chuba or company (still not know whose idea) thought expanding to Bilibili is a good idea, essentially alienating the existing fanbase that supported them from the beginning. Everything imploded.

Gonna try and gather more info and verification on this one, but thats the gist of it.

Honestly those are surprising numbers. Not so much on the watch hours side considering the amount of youth unemployment in Spain, rather on the spending one for much the same reason. It's also very interesting that the scene is dominated by Spanish players considering that there are far many more Latin Americans and that like Cubanodun says the accent and dialectal differences create a much taller barrier between speakers than they do in English, although the cringe between both side's dubs has more to do with the acting style than the language itself, IMO. And I suppose the affordability of the equipment plays a role.

they probably saw the numbers, you can convince suits of a lot of things if you have the graphs and projections to back it up. spice it with some legit nationalistic butthurt and it goes down even easier.

let's say they would've fired her, what would be the message that would carry? how much growth and earnings potential was there in china in the first place, and how would that affect the main branch? holoEN might even have been the compromise/solution in simply exchanging one for the other but without the headache and bullshit (and lot more possible growth). remember, there are a lot of chinese, but that doesn't necessarily reflect in disposable income, not to mention the non-existent compatibility for anyone who doesn't speak chinese. english allows you to double/triple dib much more easily (and if that was her argument the numbers prove her right).
