And why do you suppose Israel is shelling Gaza?

Israel is under no obligation to allow Hamas to shell Israel with impunity. The fact that Hamas is doing it from inside populated areas doesn't eliminate Israel's responsibility to protect its population.

I am fully aware that Israel is shelling Gaza due to Hamas fighters. However, it is very clear they are lying about the suffering in Gaza being Hamas's fault. Hamas shelled Israel for about 4-5 hours. Israel has been returning the favor 10 fold for a day and a half, with no signs of stopping. That fact that you deliberatly ignore Israel scapegoating the damage it has done to the innocents of Gaza on to Hamas, and go straight to "They're defending themselves" reveals you as the glowie you are. Now fuck off.

Really, they estimated 1000 rockets have been fired by Hamas.

Are you saying that the Israelis have launched 10,000 rockets into Gaza?

And they must have selected Gaza at random as the target for the retaliation, not because Hamas are using it as a base of operations, right?

For the last time, my claim is not that Palestine "Dindu nuffin", or that they didn't attack Israel first. I would like you to quote anything that I said that comes close to that. My claim is that it is amazing that Israel has the brass balls to suggest that the suffering in Gaza is the fault of Hamases crappy stray rockets rather than the far more consistent and accurate strikes from the Israelis. The fact that you eat that up, and call anyone who questions the narrative pumped out by actual IDF pundits is rather telling.
