you know most fandom looks normal when you compare them to bronies but out side of there extreme cases (thought i dont remember hearing about the brony with child porn) there both spergy over a tv show made for kids

Nothing says pathetic like trying to be the best for something there's no competition over. It's cool to have a community of like minded individuals to share your interests in. I mean look at us; people consider us scum and yet I don't see any us superimposing our issues onto our topics in some sort of self-narcissistic attempt to justify our actions and or lifestyles.

I'll give them some credit, the porn the fandom makes is pretty good most of the time. Though there are a large number of puritan anti-sex fuckers out there. Shit like reblogging lewd fanart and saying "why did you put boobs on this character??? gross!!! rapist!!! this is a kid's show!!" and demanding every NSFW artist use a specific tag for NSFW art even though you can turn on safe search if you're so concerned about muh children. Even the recent Doxxy scandal where he had his blog removed because he had futa MLP and SU art

Going to have to disagree about 'crediting' their porn. It's no different than porn involving Adventure Time/Regular Show/My Little Pony. Yeah, it exists and there isn't shit that can be done about it. Trying to give it a free pass for being 'pretty good' is exactly how the retards that latch onto these shows suckle all the redeemable traits out of them like leeches. Perverting and twisting a childrens show to meet their depravities isn't a quality trait we should be nurturing. We should be reminding these fuckers that you keep that shit at home, hidden away for your own sick amusement, not parading it around on the internet proudly like it's an achievement.

It's the war I was talking about before. Some SU fans hate bronies, others ARE bronies, so there's still arguments on both sides bashing/praising the crossover. Heck, the very first paragraph of the post from earlier clearly states the mentality of those who think bronies are worst:
"They say we're all lolcows and as bad as the bronies. I don't recall a Steven Universe fan being caught with child pornography or sending death threats to show staff. Sure, the "Keystone Motel" incident, but that's just one thing versus... how many horrible things the bronies have done?".
But that comparison is like saying "Sure, I killed one person, but at least I'm not Ted Bundy!" which will escalate to "Sure, I killed several persons, but at least I'm not Hitler!", in other words, comparing your own wrong doing to something worst, doesn't makes you any less guilty of doing something stupid in the first place.
