May 15 2020 she mentions she had been in the hospital with pneumonia two years prior. Other than mentions of the coma, this is the first time I find her referencing a hospital anywhere on Twitter. The coma story in itself is just fucking weird but she's got pics showing something real bad happened to her. Given the cluster B oozing out her every pore, my best guess is a failed suicide-by-overdose. Ibuprofen will gigafuck your kidneys in a large dose, by the way.
No mention of heart disease or illness until Sept 7 when she suddenly says her heart stopped the night before. She posts this from a hospital in Seattle, presumably, although she cropped out all identifying items. Showing off the heart monitor that every patient in that hospital probably has.
the 9th she announces it's long QT and she needs a pacemaker. That's a real quick jump from "diagnosis" to 'surgery," especially since LongQT can be caused by things like eating disorders, electrolyte imbalances, medications, and illegal drug abuse and in those cases you fix the underlying cause and start beta blockers. For now she's getting a cardiac loop recorder. The GFM is created on the 10th of September. The 11th is when she says the dog brought her an epi pen for bradycardia, presumably on the 6th, and the 11th is also when she makes the post saying she wants to set up a home for the dog when she dies. The next day she posts the wall o' text about the coma and two previous times she had cardiac arrests, 2012 and 2016.
On the 15th, starts selling all her shit ostensibly to pay for the surgery.
According to the medical records she provided she saw a Dr. Farheen Shaikh on 18 September. Dr. Farheen Shaikh is in Rochester, New York and so is the LPN whose name is printed at the bottom of the paperwork. She specifies this is a new doctor and the paperwork confirms "new patient visit." Well now. Isn't that interesting? The 19th's when she first claims its congenital LongQT to explain why she needs the surgery. This is also when she announces she's going to Germany. Worth noting that the German doctor emails she's showing are requesting proof she has this condition and saying if she comes through with proof they can help her. She's not approved for shit yet.
She also posts this pic of her dog after she takes down the pool in her yard indicating either she's still in Seattle or she posted a pic from a few days ago.
The 22nd she rehomes her dogfucker costume. Ew. She's also sold a computer and a bunch of other shit.
The 24th she says all her shit is in these bags and she's leaving.
The 25th is the date the medical record was printed out in Rochester. The 25th is also when she posts that she's officially leaving on a jet plane.
Two days later she claims she missed a connecting flight and posts a picture of Chicago from the air. She also posts this picture of another dog at the pool saying she didn't swim but she hung out poolside with this dog. Not specified who it is or where.
Two days after that, she's claiming some country denied her travel and sent her back . . . back where though? The US? Now she's flying direct to Germany. Conveniently covers up boarding pass but nice try, that's a United Airways pass. The top line would be her surname - Scott. The second line is her departing airport. Oh look. Ro. . .chester. The UA would have been the flight number. United does fly direct Rochester to Munich apparently.
Two days later she's in Germany and getting ready for her first appointment.
Three days after that she's officially out of quarantine (?) and on a "light hike" with her heart disease that could make her drop dead at any second. That looks like she climbed up some rocks to me.
The 13th, excited to meet her surgeon. The 14th, in and out of hospitals every day, no proof provided.
The 16th provides proof she's in Nürnberg seeing that doctor's practice. Also announces she's approved for surgery. But wait, the reason she came to Germany was that she was approved to get her surgery right away whereas the US would have made her wait until 24 October. Now her date is 26 October in Germany.
The 22nd she's got a monitor. Pretty much any complaint of racing heartbeat or palpitations can score you one of these for a few days. The next day she posts a pic of her with an EKG machine. No leads on her, just posing with the machine. Oct 24th she posts the estimate or whatever the list of shit she needs is and something about the discounted defib.
Two days later, surgery day, suddenly has a kidney infection. Surgery postponed. Within hours it's kidney failure. Hours after that, three days of abx will cure the infection right up! (no it fucking won't)
The next day she's traveling because of "immigration" and the day after someone allegedly donates the last chunk of money she needs to GFM
The last two donations were from a Nicholas Ogden for $1000 and then an anonymous contribution of $4301 to bring her up to exactly 25,000.
Next day she's got the surgery and also is giving away an external defib she's never mentioned she had before. She posts some proof she had surgery although it looks surprisingly well healed two days later with no apparently sutures or staples. Once again, she has cropped out anything that could give away the location of the hospital she's in.

November she posts a lot of insurance shit and this really American halloween display. Not a retweet. So she uploaded it from somewhere, no matches on Tineye.
December 5, she attends the wedding.
On December 19th she's suddenly somewhere that is sunny, lush, and has kids walking around barefoot.
On the 22nd posts this pic from the wedding. What's with the paper shopping bags?
A few more days of insurance sperging then on 27 December announces the suicide plan. Well now this is moving quickly.

7th of January, heart stops but they restart it. Three days later, her last posts about how she wants to die but covid said no.
If I had to guess, these pics are all out of order and the captions are lies. She made up the pacemaker shit, went to Rochester and lied to this new doctor about the diagnoses she already allegedly had so that she could get a paper documenting it for the cardiologist in Germany. Ended up in Germany somehow. And at some point along the way she got some kind of implant, probably the cardiac loop since that's easier to munch than a pacemaker/defib. A few of the girls i follow on the MBI thread either have them or almost got them because they kept running to cardios for unexplained heart events that didn't show up on testing.
And now she's hiding. She killed off the dogfucker persona and bolted.
