If Twitter was real life then an autistic, furry, mixed-race, disabled, queersexual, troon would be President of the People's Republic of Cuckistan (formally known as the United States).
Similarly Reddit: The constant 'Surprised Pikachu face' that happens on the website when countries don't vote in extreme left parties will never not be funny to me.
I think the left siding with Palestinians on this one will be to the detriment of both.
I get the vibe the average person is kind of sick of the left protest bullshit and it doesn't work for the Palestinians to be associated with "defund the Police", "biological sex doesn't exist", and "white Christians are the devil" policy.
Similarly, aligning with Muslims is not good long term optics in western society where people still remember 9/11, Charlie Hebdo, Cronulla Riots etc- no matter how much the media wants to shove shit like "Eid mubarak" down everyone's throat.
Israel is now big enough to not have to give a shit about how they are being perceived. The value that they can put into the world (looking at the startups, and R&D facilities) far outstrips the negativity from a vocal irritating minority.
When even the Saudi's and other Arab nations are trying to work with them (even if it's just to fuck with Iran), it doesn't seem like the "Free Palestine" crap is going to be very effective.
The Palestinians (and Muslims in general) also can't stop fighting one another.
Israel (and Jewish people in general) is their unifying "big bad".
When you remove Jews from the equation they go after the Christians in their countries, and once the Christians flee they start fighting one another over their different flavours of Islam.
