In Part 1 he keeps taking “kratom” pills off camera and drinking whiskey on camera. He’s pretty manic throughout it. In the part I timestamped above he says he “doesn’t have sex” or that it’s extremely hard for him to because any “trans lesbians” know who he is and the creator/fan dynamic can’t help but come in to play.

I had to check. The show got cancelled, but has yet to finish airing its second season.

I don’t know how common it is for a show to get cancelled mid-airing like that. But I don’t think many people watch it live on account of its time slot. And if the Youtube views are anything to go by, I’m guessing that no one wanted to do interviews anymore when they got fuck-all exposure. I mean, the episode linked in this thread has been out for three days and it only has 5,100 views.

By comparison TheQuartering’s video about Lilly Singh getting cancelled has got 379,000 views in a week and a half.

I’m making her look bad, but to be fair, the other stuff on the channel gets a lot more, including one or two videos that went semi-viral. Like the one about A Realistic Indian Zoom Wedding got half a million views, which seems like the sort of thing that might catch attention outside her base.

Edit: I just watched that part and this is definitely genuine. His voice drops, and he gets that look in his eyes even while being sedated. This is what Nyk has always looked like when he's truly upset, exactly this look. Even with the FFS having paralyzed the muscles in his face, he still gets that look in his eyes.
