Null's Reply Memorandum to Plaintiff's Opposition to Defendants' 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss all Claims.

Nick will cover it here:

Edit: Null's filling includes details about Russel's plea agreement with the court over his harassment charges.
Edit 2: Skordas' fanboys on suicide watch

Edit 3: Having read the entirety of this reply, I can say that while I would have used other arguments, Skordas did a really good job. Sorry for the lack of long analysis, but there isn't much fault to analyse
Out of curiosity, would you have worded the statement on that last attachment differently? 'Distasteful' is a matter of subjective opinion, not a legal one. I would think It seemed that Skordas was capitiulating and I'm not sure why. Is it a strategy to appeal to the judge to lighten hammering the defendant, or offset the judges possible bias towards thinking it's distasteful?

I also would have said 'alleged evidence' instead of 'alleged facts' on the opener. But i am just a layman,

I also like the fact that the copyright claims (which this case was ostensibly about) have become almost non existent.

Incredible. Fucking incredible. I feel like giving Russell a Bond villain-style golf clap over this one. All these years later and he's still trying the exact same fucking tactics to get women to fuck him. Same horrid handwriting, same terrible formatting (like, seriously, "let's" on one line and "meet in Vegas" on the next with the "s" in "Vegas" cut off? Just put two words on each fucking line. Same exact desire: a date which will, in his mind, end in sex.

It's also worth noting that he didn't really do anything for her specifically either. This song isn't a special gift only for her, anyone can listen to it. This song has no tangible worth to her whatsoever. He didn't really do anything just for her. He's saying "hey, why don't you travel hundreds of miles in a pandemic, how you'll travel I don't care, and come on a date with me, a sketchy, deformed incel with a harassment charge as a reward for something that had no positive effect on you whatsoever." Some people have mentioned that he's trying to do one of those big public declarations of love that everyone goes "aww" when they see, and I'm sure that's what he thinks this is, but it's also him trying to create a situation where she feels uncomfortable saying no to him. He wants her to feel like she has an obligation to do something in return.

I really want him to spend tons of money reserving a table at a restaurant and a limousine just to have Yovanna ghost him. I think I could die happy if some pretty girl (or just a catfish) agreed to meet him but said she needed money to travel, and then block him after he sends it. I saw a news story once about two girls who did that to ISIS, said they needed money to travel to Iraq to join them and then when they got the money they just stopped messaging the terrorist recruiter. If you can pull off a scam like that on terrorists, you can do it with Russell Greer.

The distasteful one? I personally wouldn't have included it at all, but if I had to, I would have worded it similarly.
I would think It seemed that Skordas was capitiulating and I'm not sure why.
Because he agrees with Russel on Kiwi Farms "badness" I would assume.
Is it a strategy to appeal to the judge to lighten hammering the defendant, or offset the judges possible bias towards thinking it's distasteful?
If you can appeal to the judge to make them more favorably disposed to you, you should do it, yes. Mind you, you shouldn't completely brownnose them.
Waiting for the judge to agree to oral argument?
It was denied:
Motion for a hearing denied

Edit: It seems that my prediction that it won't be granted was correct.

Any ideas on what's next in the case timeline?
Ruling on Injuction request, I'd assume.

I like that, instead of bringing up the CDA protections first, the reply basically doubles down on what Russ considers 'defamation.'

Skordas: "Yeah, you're a creep that victimizes women. Wanna fight about it?" Next I hope we get some exhibits about the levels of grease in Russ's quickly disappearing hair.

Russ's one saving grace in this particular lolsuit was a copyright claim that could conceivably lead to legal relief if one looked at his case in the best light. But because he's Russ Pipsqueak Greer, he is going to fight on the grounds that are the absolute worst for him (which is what the defense is angling for) and ignore his singular sane claim. I guess that's not surprising, at all.

I just tuned in to Rekieta's stream. Has Greer come up yet, or is he still on the way?

:story: I think Skordas is being rather tactful here. I mean...
i love hitler
Fuck Niggers
I eat smegma
I want to rape Barb.

No, he's way over it. Here's the timestamped link to the start of his Greer coverage:
Thank you, you distasteful people.

The Greer segment was brief, but it was both coherent and entertaining. So many of Skordas's rebuttals boil down to, "Greer claims X, but this fails because X isn't actually true."

I didn't know menus without prices were a thing.
Haute cuisine establishments often have two sets of menus. The host gets the menu with the prices and the guests get the unpriced menus. Which is why Yovanna would, at some point, look up from her menu to wonder why her date looks like he's about to have a coronary.
Edit: Beaten

I also would have said 'alleged evidence' instead of 'alleged facts' on the opener. But i am just a layman,
It's not "alleged" evidence, though. It is evidence. Evidence is evidence.

I am oddly aroused by Skordas's exhibits
It's nice to see such a concise readout of Russ's failures. Particularly the part where he got hit with court costs and didn't pay (I'm sure he didn't think he had to!) until Skordas started the process to go after his property instead of letting him just get away with his bullshit. That's what it took for pipsqueak to deflate and start ponying up.

Hey Russ- did ya learn anything that time? Guess not?

What makes reading this even more satisfying is imagining Russ reading it. His head must be 90% trauma lumps after reading this sentence: Despite Plaintiff's belief that the woman he threatened and caused to fear for her safety in his criminal matter was not a "victim" the Court saw otherwise and granted a Protective Order against Plaintiff.

Also, doesn't this lolsuit have something to do with copyright issues? Both sides kinda forgot about any issues relating to it.

They addressed it. Russ spent 5 pages on his copyright argument (it was still bad). Likewise, Skordas defeated his argument. But, yeah, Russ argued more about Defamation than Copyright

Russ gets a lot of bewildered flak for his idiotic and derpy Bristol-board signs. People marvel over how he can’t just fucking put some actual effort into doing something that, to him, is an absolutely pivotal moment in his life.

To me, the explanation is fairly simple: he’s a tard, and he’s always been treated like a tard. Whether in high school or college, he’s always had some serious tard armor. I mean, if this slurpy mess shows up to your class with a poster filled with backwards letters and shrinking characters as they move to the right, or he does that god-awful Charleston thing, would you want to be the professor who shits on him for if? “Leave him alone, he is clearly just super retarded” has shielded him from a lot in his life.

Why does he put zero planning and effort into this shit? Because, up until now, it has always gotten him what he wanted, so why change now?

Russ probably blocks it out, despite losing the 7th (?) lawsuit he persists and continues his insane antics pursuing his next victim.

He won't let silly little things like facts and logic convince him he is anything less than the alpha stud he knows he is, just more haters and trolls and bias judges.
His little mind is in a bubble of his own creation. It keeps him deaf to reality that he is a loser, he will read how much he has to pay, rant about how the court is bias and if he just got a chance to verbally state his case the jury would clap.

Then repeat the cycle.
