I'm still not sure if Nick is talking about us and PPP or the Bankers themselves, he seems to switch between the two. Since this is the horse that never dies my main theory why NP2 was shut down and banned from the match list is that, they thought it was in violation of the AML/CFT act more specifically tax evasion or some other form of fraud. Was this as a result of the sites clear mismanagement and lack of cyber security or a legit case of fraud. I don't think anyone will know.
But the reason people think NP2 was shut down for money laundering was because it was, Dick said as much himself, the question is did fraud take place.

Nick probably believes the attention NP2 got during the simpspiracy was at least partially responsible for getting it shut down. I believe Vordrak took responsibility for it in the interview with 3P and Godwinson.

No, you do not have to deliver a product. Spoony is the prime example of someone who created a Patreon and never delievered while collecting monthly payments. Nothing stops someone from opening up a Patreon and never delivering anything while collecting money. You do not have to deliver anything, all you have to do is open up the page and trust the person running the site with your banking info, social security number, and personal info.

All you had to do was look at the NP2 site and it was not a professional product. The terms of service page alone could open the bank up to issues. Dick's patreon has virtually no up and down movement, the unprofessionalism of the NP2 site, combined with the proliferation of statements by Dick about being pro tax evasion, and there were more than enough reasons for any bank to be concerned.

It’s not common sense at least for men. There are lots of material out there for women on this matter but virtually zero for men. Considering that more boys are being raised by single moms who are unable or unwilling to help reinforce this to their sons, it becomes a legitimate problem. Considering how most single moms were knocked up by assholes but often not stable enough to be wife material themselves, boys are ill equipped.
It’s why The Dick Show has any kind of audience at this point. Their star retard just went gay just because he couldn’t even make it with a hooker. In a sane world, MGTOW wouldn’t exist but we’re rapidly sprinting in the opposite direction so that’s why Dax is able to get $20k from Patreon and young men are killing themselves out of despair in greater numbers.

Yeah I remember that,
Vordrak talks about how he used to help banks do legal work with compliance of their users. He talks about the lack of terms being something he clearly taddled on, knowing full well it was a red flag for banks. He goes on to say that they would only take down the account for legal reasons, and when he showed them a risk of money laundering that's when they closed the account. I'm guessing when they saw no terms of service going through that one merchant account that was the final nail in the coffin for NP2.

Maybe I can't relate because I had a dad and two grandfathers and was close with all three of them. What you're saying sounds bizzare to me. In his defense I always did find it strange that NP2 collapsed immediately right after the simpspiracy. It is a little too convenient that the bank finally decided to part ways after the controversy. Maybe they were looking into the matter for awhile, but to make the decision literally after this mass controversy erupts smells a little like bullshit to me.
I definitely feel like there were some ops going on behind the scenes involving the anti-Dick coalition. I wouldn't be surprised if they were contacting people to get the service shut down. I would feel sympathy for the NP2 users, but Dick's actions over the past year have me now giving a cold shoulder to their situation.
