Liking something is subjective and Mauler only deals in objectives.Does ... Does Mauler like anything?

Well done, that man. It saves the rest of us from doing it.Here it is...
I promised I'd watch this, but I have to wait until I have six hours to waste. Hopefully copyright doesn't pull it down before then.
And yet, The Last Jedi is a remake of 33 (the first episode of BSG). The Holdo/Poe plot should have been like Commander Garner/Lee/Starbuck plot in The Captain's Hand, it should have ended with Holdo realizing that she was wrong, that she should have trusted Poe, the best pilot of the Resistance rag-tag fleet. Here is the thing I find funny about Last Jedi. The arguments over Holdo and Poe who was right and who was wrong. It actually gets military people involved. Fandom Menace bringing military expertise giving their opinion on this matter. Holdo is a bad commander because this would not happen in US military. I'm just thinking to myself, this is a film with magic, spaceships and robots plus aliens. It's not Battlestar Galactica. Plus the whole commander seems like idiot but redeems themselves at end is a trope as old as time. BSG used it to allow Apollo be commander of Pegusus.
That's funny because that was the inspiration for the BSG episode The Captain's Hand.Go watch Crimson Tide if you want to see a conflict between a commander and their crew written and acted well.
He doesn't, funnily enough. I listened to the whole thing yesterday, and I was sort of impressed. Few nitpicks, and a decent discussion of how the plot and character writing of the current era of the show is just absolutely shit. Granted, it's not all that impressive, given how the show really is just low-hanging fruit at this point, but I don't think that he really got anything wrong.Although I admit I'm curious to know if the troon says anything about objectivity.
Watched around a hour and a half (I've been dealing with insomnia lately). And as someone who has never seen a full episode of Dr. Who my impression is... eh.MauLer and Jay on the Dr. Who video.
'references and humour'. 'without being politically illiterate.' Not good signs. I'm pessimistic by nature. I'll watch it tomorrow. This is just a prelude.
I mean tbf that fan film is pretty good imoWhen it comes to Batman my impression was that (at least from the comic book guys like Nerdrotic or Comix Division) they want to get away from the "realistic" armored style Batman to the full comic aesthetic.
For example, recently they were creaming themselves over this fan film
It was pretty good but it could have been way better without the unfunny "onion man" joke and the cutaways to the Gollum with red lipstick and fingernails. It's also weird that he didn't insist on the complete retcon/rewrite of the Doctor lore. Here it is...

Indeed and that's why he can't explain why Jodie's Doctor doesn't feel right and contradicts all previous iterations of the character. He is also doing his best to ignore the fact that the doctor is a woman now.
It's not because she's a woman, it's because 13 basically has no character arc. She's the same at the start of Season 11 as she is at the end of Season 12.It was pretty good but it could have been way better without the unfunny "onion man" joke and the cutaways to the Gollum with red lipstick and fingernails. There's no character arc because the Doctor is female. The writers are afraid to give her weaknesses or something that would challenge her. Look at the way they wrote that scene with Graham talking about his cancer. It's not because she's a woman, it's because 13 basically has no character arc.
That can't be true otherwise we wouldn't have Missy. I agree the writing is at fault, but I feel it's more down to Chibnall's lack of ambition rather than some cowardice thing. There's no character arc because the Doctor is female. Pretty good video. I listened to it at 1.25 speed while playing video games. The humor wasn't great, but didn't grate me either. He had really good points about the fundamental weakness in the character writing and episode themes that kept me invested throughout. It was pretty good but it could have been way better without the unfunny "onion man" joke and the cutaways to the Gollum with red lipstick and fingernails. Pattinson is basically the millennial version of Leonardo DiCaprio. Everyone knew Leo as that blank prettyface from Titanic and that Romeo and Juliet remake until he started to appear in actual movies to show some acting.RE: Robert Pattinson as Batman:
I wonder if he is legit afraid of losing Jay.MauLer and Jay on the Dr. Who video.
