It is very possible that the Amhole can completely seal up, despite the lies troons tell themselves. I'm not a wound expert by any means, but I'm sure you're familiar with the process of a scab healing. That is what the Amhole is doing constantly. This is why troons have to dilate, the body sees the Amhole as a wound that needs to be healed and the ways that can happen is 1.) a troon continues with dilating for the rest of his life, creating scar tissue that will serve as the "vaginal lining". 2.) a troon gives up with the maintenance of the Amhole, which causes it to close in on itself and still create scar tissue which will prohibit access to the "vaginal canal".
There are different ways in which surgeons conduct Amhole surgery, and the is no one "true" way to perform MTF SRS. This causes complications as since it's an experimental surgery, class action lawsuits can't really happen as there are so many different types of procedures.

Also, they don't punch holes to your bladder. The tubes that get put in will most likely be nephrostomy tubes, which are a direct route from your kidneys out. They're apparently easier to get at than the bladder if the urethra is blocked for whatever reason.

What I read online seam to imply that kev is unable to seek unemployment as while he is jobless he was not employed prior to being jobless thus he doesn't met the criteria. There may be some other method for him receiving money through the government I was unable to find.

Kevin could be on a form of disability, maybe. I don't think so though. As far as I can tell from what info we have here his work prior to trooning out was selling fail art at cons, he doesn't have a work history anyone has been able to find and he never talks about what his previous jobs were. If Kevin had ever worked at any point I'm pretty sure we'd have heard about the hell he went through dealing with normal people even before he realized what a freak he was. That would exclude him from SSDI.

That leaves the possibility of SSI. He never talks about a psych and he is a chronic over-sharer so I'm certain if he had one he either would tell us about how his psych validates all his weird-ass fantasies or how they are transphobic. So he isn't getting SSI for psych purposes. I don't know anything about his physical health and if he'd qualify under that. Prior to the amhole he probably wasn't in *that* bad of health, given they will disqualify you from the surgery if you're too fat or have various other aliments but he wouldn't be the first to scam their way into SSI through fake health issues.

That said, just SSI is a pretty low amount of money. It varies state by state, but you're only looking about between $500-$600 base pay with the potential to get more to help with rent/bills. And even if you get the extra it'll only bump you up by around $150 more. And him getting that inheritance from his Aunt could actually mess with his qualifying depending on how much it was.
