Someone here before brought up the possibility of him using some sort of twitter application (third party software) in order to initiate these trickled efforts of blocking people for various things. I don't know of any specific twitter apps like this, but there are a lot out that you can just find by using Google and searching them yourself, heck someone in his faggot discord may have giving him a heads up about this before.

Because what sort of person spends that much time in the early hours of the morning striking down twitter accounts because of bad words some rando on twitter may or may not have said? Psychopaths?
