His video on Worker Co-ops is interesting. Turns out even fascist governments in Italy and Spain had coops which I was totally unaware of but I find that really fascinating. The Soviet Union did not have workers cooperatives until 1988 but Czechoslovakia had experimented with the idea before the Prague Spring and then the ideals of socialism with a human face were crushed under the treads of Soviet T-34s. He mentioned something interesting about Jeremy Corbyn's proposal to put some state industry under democratic worker ownership.

His acne is also breaking out so either he's been washing less and less (unlikely) or he's becoming more and more stressed as the week has been going on. It may not be clear with what he is saying here in the tweets but the point he is trying to make from what I can gather is that teaching kids about certain aspects of sexuality is a safety issue. If someone touches them inappropriately (a family member for example) and they know people shouldn’t be doing that then they have the words to communicate this to an authority figure and can more easily report an abuser.

I really don’t know what the specifics of this teaching looks like. I was never taught this in school myself, only the stranger danger part of it. I remember my parents answering questions I had about sexuality sometimes, kids will ask these sorts of questions but it’s all explained in a birds and the bees sort of way about how life is created and then you get a trip to a farm and see the animals do it and ask awkward questions about that.
