You should not forget that she never had a job for any length of time, whether in consumer services or not. She has absolutely no skill set to know how to behave or react in a business or having a business. Most people realize that not everything in your work environment will be positive either bad customers, bad management or bad coworkers but you learn to deal with it and learn to make it work. Amber has stated in the past that she would want to work as a receptionist. I am not sure which would be faster, the business firing her or her quitting.I don't think Amber understands that ''running a small business'' requires a level of professionalism. If you start screeching at customers (in the real world) because they've asked for help/asked a simple question/brought up a valid concern you would be fired. If you wouldn't do it at a typical job, you shouldn't do it online either.
You don't bitch at RIGHTFULLY upset customers, you try to patiently resolve said issue to keep your business afloat.
