”I enjoy a cultural connection to a group of people who, on balance, have been one of the greatest boons for all humanity. From common law to mathematics to medicine and engineering, no other cohort has done as much good for the human race. Sure, no group of people is perfect, and there has been harm done by us as well, but I strongly oppose the current-day habit of demonising all European-derived white people on the basis of a few negative outliers while actively ignoring the good works of white people. It’s easy to criticise us for being white when some white people owned slaves hundreds of years ago. But as you sit there, the descendent of one of those slaves, with your nice suit, your air-con, and your easy, well-paying media job, I’d like to ask you; are you willing to be equally as vocal and active fighting the modern-day slavery that‘s happening right now in Africa?”

My guess is anorexia tbh. Those lines around her face are indicative of a low BMI and she doesn't strike me as a druggie.
For females a low BMI makes it easier to pass to some degree- your normally fatty face will become more angular, but it will become sunken. It also reduces your breast size. If she was attempting to pass or appear androgynous before she trooned out publically, she might have tried WL.
There's little room for a 5'1" man in Hollywood.
Isn't tiktok also full of misinformation and conspiracy theories? No kids should be getting their education on world politics/domestic issues from other kids on social media.
