I don't understand how you can be non-binary and trans. When you're trans you have dysphoria when you're living as your biological sex and that dysphoria is relieved by dressing like and maybe having surgery to look more like the other biological sex. If you're going back and forwards on a whim or feel you're no particular gender, essentially, that's not being trans. Am I missing something here or does it actually make no sense?

Non-binary people are included under the trans umbrella. The white stripes in the trans flag are for them. All anyone has to do to be trans is to not identify as their birth gender as people define it as it comes from the Latin word meaning "on the other side" as opposed to cis, which is "same".

So I have been told.
For what it's worth most non-binary people I've met do have some sort of body dysphoria and I have met a few who are on opposite hormones or have had surgeries. Twitter, mileage may vary.

She’s very engaging with replying to people’s posts in what seems like an attempt to make friends/gain followers, but more often than not people seem to generally rebuff her either due to her online presence being permanently stained by the grooming saga or the fact that she’s simply an unpleasant and repellent person. Outside the farms where we gather to laugh at her, she has a very sordid but small internet presence.
