I think that, in true dysfunctional family fashion, the Young Master will be raised by his grandparents who will be busy trying to fix their kid's awful life choices. Often this happens in families touched by opiate addiction but I guess being touched by the Gunt is just as bad.

You know how, in medieval times, kings and queens would put their infant children in charge of some kind of land holding or county or something? Think of Xander as the child of Kiwi Farms royalty, but the only legacy he's going to inherit is the fucked up decisions of his father.
