A thought- if she is eating a lot and not moving much due to waiting for the kidney stones to pass, this might be a point where she risks becoming bedbound. Often in a bedbound deathfat's history, there usually is some prior incident or condition that makes them stop moving for a little while which, due to their massive intake of food and less activity then normal, causes them to gain even more weight quickly. I was watching Chikara earlier and she was talking about Amber's TDEE and converting her 93 WW points to calories. As Amber always uses her highest weight to get most points, as near as dammit, if I used her 572.4 pounds, it didn't work. But when I added another 100 pounds... it gives nearly exactly the 4500 calories she's eating on he diet. Knowing how lazy she is, the 100 pounds is a nice easy number to tare her scales with. So I would imagine her actual weight is what she shows, plus 100 pounds. Thinking about it, quite a few people have said she looks about 630+

I'm even more convinced Fatty tares her scale by 100 pounds.
Saw a Bea Caruso interview over the weekend. She's a legitimate version of Big AL and her starting weight was 252 pounds at 5' 6''. The last weigh-in I could find for the Thumb was 262 pounds at 5' 5''. No way in Hell is she only 10 pounds more. But 110 pounds more ? I can believe that wholeheartedly.

In my area there are several healthy eating 'fast food' places, where all you have to do is choose your protein from several options, then carbs from several options etc. No weighing out, calorie counting. just healthy nutritious meals. They all deliver or you can collect. It costs a bit more than a meal from McDonald's or Subway, but not as much as a sitdown restaurant meal. It's out of the budget of most people to eat there every day for every meal, but Fatty could afford it for the both of them, she just doesn't and won't change.
