A guy I know that became a total Branch Covidian. He would aggressively hassle strangers in public that didn't wear a mask, even if they were outside and social distancing.
He got sick and got better, then got the vaccine. He still wears a mask.
He says he wears it because he remembers how he felt when he would be out and see someone without one, and didn't want anyone directing that at him.
No mention of how he might have been overreacting before, or that he might have made people feel bad during an already stressful time and had regrets. He didn't want to be judged.
I judge the hell out of him, but he's used to that so it doesn't count.

India has been a tyrannical clusterfuck in every way imaginible, I would say they have been the wost.
Parts of Latin America have carried on mostly business as usual. Japan has turned out to have surprisingly durable legal protections for their citizens and most of the restrictions have the legal weight of "strongly worded letters."

For sure the Anglosphere nations have been the worst. Blue states in the US, Australia, New Zealand and especially Canada. Canada is the country that set up 'voluntary' quarantine/concentration camp facilities for their coof ridden citizens. So nice that they had to keep their locations secret. They've been in permanent lockdown for over a year and still won't let up even though they have the highest vaccination rate in the world. Australia and New Zealand have banned their own people from coming home from overseas, in contravention of their own and international law, and allowed even sick children and the elderly to live in destitution for months and then charged them a small fortune to fly home and spend 2 weeks in quarantine.
The best? Definitely parts of the third world who literally don't give a fuck (most of Africa). In the west some of the red states, particularly Florida, DeSantis is a total chad for staring down this bullshit. You want to make a Branch Covidian's blood boil? Start talking about Florida. They have no effective answer part from lying. Everyone knows someone that has been or lives in Florida and it isn't the plague ridden zombie apocalypse that the true believers have assured everyone would be the result minus the masks and lockdowns. It's a shining beacon of freedom and I'm hoping Ron runs for POTUS.

Gardaí threaten to close off entire Dublin streets after weekend of sun socialising
Gardaí are threatening to cordon off entire streets in the capital city after large crowds were seen socialising during the good weather last weekend, and Taoiseach Micheál Martin has warned that the government may reconsider opening the economy if individuals don’t follow lockdown measures.According to the Taoiseach, the planned easing of lockdown for July – including permitting opening of pubs and indoor dining – “may have to be reviewed” if people do not comply with the State-imposed restrictions.
The comments come after videos on social media showed large gatherings of people enjoying the sunshine on South Great George’s Street, Exchequer Street and elsewhere.
According to Garda sources, large areas in Dublin city centre could be fenced off going forward to prevent such revelling in future. It was suggested that popular areas could be sealed off in the same way Temple Bar was on Saint Patrick’s Day, with manned Garda checkpoints and people ordered to move on if they attempt to loiter and socialise in such zones.
Over the weekend Gardaí attempted to enforce social distancing in cities by ordering individuals to move along from crowded streets. In Dublin, four individuals were arrested for “public order offences” after refusing to move when told to do so by police. Crowds were dispersed in Temple Bar, St. Stephen’s Green, South William Street and elsewhere in the capital.
Additionally, in Cork, 12 people were arrested for public order offences after the Gardaí attempted to break up gatherings at Kennedy Quay and Grand Parade.
Police ordered Galway City Council to seal off the popular area known as the Middle Arch after crowds gathered there, which the Council agreed to. The area has now been sealed for “a number of weeks,” the Council said in a statement.
Chief Medical Officer Tony Holohan said he was “absolutely shocked” at the scenes he saw in Dublin, saying it was like a “major open air party”, and castigating revelers.
Responses on social media were harsh, with one individual juxtaposing photos from the weekend with photos from a recent pro-Palestine rally.
“Two photos in Dublin, taken [14] days apart,” the user said.
“One group celebrated, the other castigated. No consistency. It’s gone beyond a joke at this stage. Hypocrisy and glaring double standards everywhere.”
“This is the environment you’ve created Tony,” said another.
“The fact you’re surprised says it all really. You might know the science but you’ve absolutely no clue about the people.”

Haha, well in my country, a good amount of people are not very concerned about getting a second vaccination because they are starting to go on holiday in droves. Call centers and pamphlets had to quikly call them back to get a shot anyways.
Good news: in my country the deaths are going down every day. it's going well. But of course the experts are telling us to be very afraid and to respect "our newly given freedoms" and they say we are basically not ready for freedom.... wth
Edit: Also , the military dude that threatened to kill our expert virologist is still on the run in the bush(it's been more then a week). The people in the area are not afraid.. but the military sho is lol.

a nephew all of a sudden developed an auto immune disorder at the age of 20. Of course he was vaxxed a few weeks ago and his parents are hard core covidians so it hasn’t even crossed their minds it could be related. It’s funny watching them try to back pedal and say their son always had those issues when we all know that’s total bullshit.
He got Pfizer if anyone is curious. This is now 3 people in my relatively small circle who have had serious side effects. Surely it’s not related tho
I feel the same way. If I had know two years ago the people I was getting shitfaced and high with; the same people who would go to packed dance clubs and sit on the filthy floors with not a care in the world; would turn into pathetic sheep I would have jumped that sinking ship.

But with the very real possibility of the surge of case in mid fall because you know coronavirus is a seasonal virus despite the masse vaccination.
The branch covidian being unable to accept that the ''holy'' vaccine are only temporary in effectiveness and or the virus mutated by natural selection to pass trough the artificial immunity, will search a scapegoat; the unvaccinated.

Leo warns a potential fourth wave could jeopardise re-opening
Táinaiste Leo Varadkar has warned that a potential fourth wave of covid-19 could jeopardise the re-opening of the economy.
Speaking on RTÉ’s This Week programme, the Táinaiste stated that “this Indian variant or even the Vietnamese variant which we’re reading about now” could result in a fourth wave of covid-19, going on to speak critically of the crowds seen socialising over the weekend.
Varadkar said that while vaccination may help mitigate a fourth wave, “only 20% of our population is fully vaccinated.
“So what we’re targeting now is to get over 60% – 2.5 million people – fully vaccinated by the end of July. That’s where we need to be.”
Varadkar went on to state that the timeline for opening the economy in June, July and August “was made…on the basis of a “low to moderate risk”” after speaking to NPHET, and that a review would have to be done before the reopening dates were reached.
On the large crowds seen gathering in Dublin city-centre, the Táinaiste spoke critically, saying that “people are allowed to meet up outdoors, and if anything we’re encouraging people to meet up outdoors rather than indoors. But it’s still supposed to be three households.”
“Those scenes were not the kind of things that we want to see, but I would caveat that by saying that, you know, I do understand that people have had a really tough couple of months, haven’t been able to see family and friends, the weather is good and people are going to get outdoors.”

It is standard practice here that if a new variant is discovered and a bigger percentage of positives, in that test area, are that new variant then the testing ramps up. More testing centers might open up, the media tells people, in those areas, to go get tested and loads of people start testing themselves, at home, out of interest/fear.
This results in more positive test results because more people are being tested. The big scary number that morons get hung up on still means absolutely fuck all, on its own, because they more often, than not, dont say how many tests have been done in that area, so no ratio available, but the fact covid patients numbers aren't rising, and deaths aren't either, means there is no fucking terrible 3rd wave inbound. Maybe one day, but this indian variant aint it.
FFS the article that was posted upthread about covid patients(they only have had one jab or some bullcrap) had the NHS top dog saying there werent that many covid patients and, shockingly, said he was amazed how many non covid people were in hospital. Err...... that will be because there are more people with all the other illnesses and problems, than there ever will be with covid, and they have started going back in to hospitals. What a fucking moron.

Put these numbers with scary graphs on the front page, you lazy media cunts. How about more words of encouragement to get out and exercise and make the most of the bloody sunshine. Honestly; fuck them and this bullshit gov.
