A big factor was academia, since all pseudo-pomo theories like queer theory, women's studies, black studies, indigenous studies, gender studies etc. largely or even completely stem from countries that were either England or former English colonies like the USA or Australia. Turkey and France were some of the first countries that legalized homosexuality, whereas most Anglophone countries followed much later. But practically all of the terms I'm gonna list now were coined in a Anglophone country: LGBT, heteronormativity, queer, genderfluid, gender (with its modern meaning), cis, cis-het etc.

And even concepts like queerbaiting, queering, pronouns in your Twitter bio, self-ID and "gender and sex are social constructs, bigot!" started mostly in the USA, not in France, Spain or any other European countries that are mostly less puritanical (no matter if right- or left-wing) about sexuality than Americans (metoo was also only really taken seriously in Anglo-Saxon countries. In countries like Italy it was openly mocked. Russians were even confused that this was a problem. It's common sense there that you have to sleep with a producer to get a good film role). The reasons why we see such phenomenons now around the world is exactly because America is the dominant culture in the world and hence ideas that start in America will spread. Hence why most of these concepts aren't even translated into a new language but are loaned word for word into a different language. You can unironically use "mansplaining" in Germany at a university, but people might be confused if you''d translate it to something like "Mannklären". If Spain was the dominant world culture we might have gay marriage, but screeching troons or the insane worship of black people? I highly doubt it.

In the UK in phys ed, boys usually do football and girls do hockey. Some schools also have boys do rugby and girls do netball. It's pretty arbitrary so of course Ollie is just using random signifiers of "female" as signs he was always a woman.

1. Hockey is a womens sport, but usually for the women that dont really like men but date them because they like dick (actual quote from 2 hockey playing women I know, independent of each other). These women are usually built for the sport: decent size biceps and forearms, above average height and good body dimensions. Not girly girls but I wouldnt say tomboys either (although some are tomboys). Theyre also built for the other sport hockey players dabble in, muff diving. Its kinda like soccer. Half are lesbians, half want to be but cant because a gay pill doesnt exist. Guys who like hockey like it because youre hitting a ball with a stick. The amount of times I wished Lacrosse was available in my country just because its FUN even if it looks like a game for fags... Guys just dont think about it like that, an absolute retcon.
2. Schools have limited resources. In primary school we didnt have a sports team. We did have a sports carnival against other schools, twice in 6 years which lasted 3 hours, that really seemed like a casual affair. So it really doesnt surprise me that the school has enough budget for 2 sports (my high school offered 3 in winter (Rugby, Soccer, AFL) and 2 in summer(tennis, cricket)) and picked two sports to divide the class along gender lines (because boys will fucking destroy women physically in school, hell the u14s boys soccer teams beat the adult womens national sides comfortably every time). And in those mixed games hes referring to, the girls do nothing because they know they will be beat and the guys play with kid gloves because they arent sociopaths. If he is referring to PE (he isnt) then hes talking about slightly bigger childcare where they get you to run that energy out for an hour or two.

Cant believe i spent time talking about womens sport. Sports good, women should play it and i will encourage/force my daughters to play but fuck me I have 0 interest in ever watching, discussing or hearing about women in sport.

No one really knows for sure what happened. Olly still often brings up Contrapoints in a positive way and references him in his videos (referring to him as 'a dear old friend'). Contrapoints said this about Olly during a livestream, sometime after Olly posted his coming out video.

All we really know is that they were still livestreaming together at the end of April, 2020. Olly uploaded his first video where he cross-dressed on June 1st, 2020. Someone said that Contrapoints unfollowed him on Twitter right after this but I can't find evidence of this. They were clearly sleeping with each other in 2018, Olly bragged about sleeping with a tranny in one of his videos and Contrapoints tweeted about how he flew to Britain with a bag of sex toys so they were definitely making trips just to fuck. This was when Contrapoints identified as bisexual. Contrapoints came out as a 'lesbian' at the beginning of 2020, Olly had a mental breakdown one week later and then started transitioning not too long later.

Nykysnottrans posted a timeline of their relationship together on the Contrapoints thread, in case I missed anything.

I've used a calculator (There are 100s of them with different labelings of ancestral groups. But at the end it doesn't matter, since people who are autosomally more closely related will be so in all ancestry calculators) to see where Romanians are positioned amongst different ethnic groups and they're a typical mix of an "indigenous" Balkan population and Slavs:

They look very similar to South Slavs. The reasons for this is that Romans never really settled in Romania but was rather inhabited by romanized Dacians before the Slavs. They are less "northern" than Southwest Slavs, because the impact of the Slavic invasions hit the Western Balkan much harder. The problem is that people conflate language with ethnicity. Until the 18 century a significant part of the Croatian population still spoke a Romance language (Dalmatian), even though they weren't genetically different form the Slavic speaking population. Even today there are some Croatians who speak the Istriot language, a Romance language. But they aren't genetically different from the Slavic speaking Croatians. Frenchmen in the North are more similar to Germanic populations, but speak a Romance language. Afro-Americans also speak English as their native language and they actually do have typical white American ancestry (around 20 - 30% normally) but nobody would say that they actually were Englishmen. Almost all Slavic populations today are a mixture of Slavs and people who lived before the invasion of Slavs: Czechs and Slovaks are a mixture of East Celts and Slavs, Ukrainians of the remains of Sycthians, Sarmatians (maybe?) and Slavs, Croats/Bosnians/Serbs/Montegrins from Illyrians and Slavs etc. The only exception is maybe Poland, since south Poland was probably the homeland of the Early Slavs (who themselves originate somwhere from the Baltic region). South Hungarians, for example, aren't that different from North Croatians, even though they speak different languages. Even mainland Greeks have Slavic ancestry, even though much less than actual Slavic speaking populations. Romanians also have Slavic ancestry, but never adopted a Slavic identity. Albanians might have small or no Slavic ancestry, difficult to say. It's also not clear if they're direct descendants of South Illyrians or a mixture of Illyrians and Dacians. Autosomally they are similar to South Italians and mainland Greeks. South Slavs are hence interesting since they're at the same the descendants of some of the most "Northern" European populations and some of the most "Southern" European populations at the same time. But so are Romanians and Moldavians. But at the end all Balkan populations are somewhat related, just with varying degrees of Slavic (and other) ancestreal groups. At the end this isn't very different from Italy:

The difference of admixture among Italians is more or less similar to the Balkans, even though even North Italians have less North European ancestry than North Balkan populations (since the Germanic tribes had almost no impact in comparison to the Slavs in Southeastern Europe). The difference is that all Italians speak the same language (at least now) and have a shared Italian identity. Sure, North Italians might say some nasty stuff about South Italians and vice versa, but at the end they don't feel as if they're a different ethnicity. This is different to the Balkans. Not only are there religious tensions, but much more linguistic diversity and historical tensions that still aren't solved. Even in my maternal homeland Bosnia there are still tensions. People mostly get along, but as soon are there is a problem the lines get drawn again. This doesn't change the fact that Bosnian Croats, Serbs and Bosniaks are closely related populations if not the same.

Britain not recognising the existence of non-binary people might be the only thing keeping it relevant and not totally worth sinking into the sea.

But surely most civilised countries don't actually "recognise" non-binary people in any capacity because it's a fake, self-imposed identity with about as much weight as saying you're a fan of sci-fi or enjoy Jazz music. Britain for sure recognise people based on sex on their passports, as do most EU countries.
