Troons never bring up transgenderism in other animal species because it makes all their arguments look super weak. They'll bring up animals that can actually change sex (certain species of fish) or creatures with more than two sexes (certain species of flatworms) but mammals? No. Male and female existing as immutable, visible characteristics is just so obvious in other mammals.
Looking for transgenderism in other species is another thing they co-opted from the gay rights movement. Since homosexuality has been observed occurring in other species, and these observations were used as evidence of homosexuality being natural, harmless and probably having some kind of biological basis. But alpacas being "born in the wrong body"? A wolf or a horse committing suicide cause it can't get it's gender identity validated? It's been a long time since I actually watched that film, so I might have misremembered it.

It’s really such a vague allegory that you can compare it to basically whatever the fuck you want. The first film is just a boilerplate Hero’s Journey plot. It leans pretty heavily on the Gnostic Christianity angle and it’s got a lot of biblical symbology, so seeing Neo as Moses is reasonable. It’s way better than the tranny interpretation at the very least.
