The issue with this argument is purely legal. One is illegal, the other is not. The question is actually "which would you rather the police find?" and the answer is a pragmatic "the one which doesn't put me in jail for half a decade."

Every high school in my area had at least one guy who had long since graduated (or dropped out) but was still partying with students well into his 20s or 30s. Hard agree. It's such a tough listen to this day because even a year ago, a lot of us still respected Dick, even though the quality of TDS has taken a nosedive since the conclusion of the lolsuit and his views became less of a joke and more overtly disconnected from reality. In my opinion, Null consistently had the best call-ins out of any guest during the show's peak, so listening to Dax attempt to argue an indefensible position for like an hour and a half was both infuriating and super distressing because anyone with a modicum of common sense would have dropped Digi and the Yggers from their social circle like a bad habit.

Instead, we have the privilege of witnessing a friendship break down in real time and nobody wins.

I don't know why I kept tuning in for another three months after the breakup stream, but I did. I guess I was hoping Dax would try to reverse course and make amends, but instead he keeps digging a bigger hole for himself and dragging everyone associated with the show down with him.
