I think the key to understanding Russ is that he just lives in backwards bizarroworld. I maintain that once upon a time, someone told Russ he was just as good as everybody else. That's something you might tell a disabled kid. Unfortunately, Russ's demented little troll brain took it in reverse and decided everybody else was as good as him, and that he was the standard everyone else had to meet. You have a PhD? Well, that's as good as Russ's associate's degree. You work out at the gym to have a nice body? That's as good as Russ going to the gym four times a week to walk on the treadmill, PLUS he did squats at a whorehouse once. You're fat? Well, that's not as good as Russ, because he's no Fatty McPatty! You work hard to make the most of your physical blessings to look beautiful? That's as good as Russ slicking back his hair.

Before that, he told her if she didn't sit down with a mediator, he'd sue, and I think she told him you can't sue people for not talking to you. Then he played the suicide card. He's tried to threaten to sue people for not letting him force his way into their lives before. Hell, that's what his Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande suits were about. He wanted to be their boyfriend and has no idea how out of his league they are for him. He also didn't grasp that you can't sue someone to force them to be in a romantic relationship with you. Like someone said, suing people is his adult way of crying to the adults and having them force the other kids to play with him.
"I hope you see the irony in your posts." WOW. That is the single most unintentionally ironic thing he's ever said. Literally all Russell cares about is looks, but he constantly asks women to pay attention to everything besides looks.
I dunno how he thinks he's nice. He hits on every attractive woman he comes across, no matter how inappropriate it is. It's probably the same reason he thinks he's a good songwriter. He thinks he's good so he's good. He thinks he's nice so he's nice, there's no more thought or effort put into justifying his belief.
He's said he thinks he's a hard 9 except for his face. If you look at that doctored-but-not-photoshopped pic of him smiling, he still looks like a disheveled bum.
Ever notice even among Moebius people, Russhole looks completely soulless and dead? Most of the other Moebius people online somehow look happy and expressive even literally without a facial expression.
He never grooms his beard either.

Ironically it helps to hide his mouth better and would be a lot better if he took some care of it.
He may very well suffer from depression, since he's constantly failing at his impossible to achieve goals. One of the symptoms of depression is neglecting personal hygiene.
