ALL YOU FELLAS BETTA WATCH YO' SELVES 'CAUSE PETE DON'T CARE WHOSE DICK HE CHOP

I'll kiss anyone who adds this as a 1x1 Recreational SS2 plot btw

So Jarrod isn't allowed to use the facilities in the main house, huh? And correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Jarrod one of the few tranchers who actually works? I thought this was a trans haven where trans people support each other, Penny? You can't just lock people out because they're violent lunatics, that's transphobic.
If that shower is what Jarrod passes off as "work" then I can't imagine that his labor is very helpful. Probably best to just keep him locked out in a camper as far away from any heavy equipment as possible.

He spent many hard minutes rotating the green build UI just right because he hasn't bothered to redownload Place Everywhere on his new save yet. That's tough work!

oh god she's turning into a wine aunt and she's not even 40 yet

oh right bonnie's a mtf troon too, i almost forgot...well Bonnie defiently has the wine part down at least
I know these comments are a little old (I'm catching up w/ the thread), and you clarified it later BUUUT...

not being able to clock a troon as what they really are should be one of those disqualifiers for attaining a driver's license. Fuck, they should supplement those letter charts at the DMV with pictures of trannies. 'Is this a man or a woman?' You know, just to make sure the 16 year old doesn't lack situational awareness or isn't blinder than Hans Moleman or darksydephil playing first person shooters.

On an unrelated note, I saw this randomly, lmao. Immediately thought of the Tranch.

The milk carton style floor is a pretty neat way to simulate a shower floor/drain. But that tarp/curtain is already blowing up a bit too high for my liking. They are going to flash everyone on their "tours."
Forget the curtain. I dont know just how gusty it gets out at the tranch, but that shower wouldnt last two days of Burning Man playa winds.

From what I can gather Jarrod has his own "work" going in that he's the gardener and permaculturist lmao
Considering the state of the Tranch's land, he must be the worst fucking permaculturist in the world. Even the most destructive of large-scale industrial agriculture doesn't make a dustbowl like that in just a couple years.

you’d think they’d wise up
Little late but this is probably the entire subtitle of the thread, if not this site as a whole.
I wish we'd see something like the old Redneck Rampage game but with these troons.
Now that's a thought. Instead of pissing yourself back to life, press D to bring yourself back to life by dialation?

Lastly, really hope Jarrod is planning a lmao420weed saga, I feel like it would be a fun time for the thread.

Not to mention that his use of that in response to the hot water question implies that they can't, or are afraid, to use the new capacity less it burn up. So they paid for a bunch of shiny nothing.

Still, the existence of this shower raises so many questions. Why do they need it? Its not like the shower in the house is gonna be in high demand every day, these greasy boi's ain't looking like the sort to need daily 7am on the dot showers. Are the outdoor tranchers not allowed to shower inside? Is the grid really so fragile that a 1000w or so on-demand water heater for a 5 minute shower would kill it all? Why's the floor of the shower already broken in the middle there, and who's going to slice open their foot on it first? What happens when the ground under it goes to mud and it sinks into a hellish quagmire?

Having an outdoor shower is nice if only to knock most of the major dirt off and to keep the indoor shower from getting totally grimed up from being outside all day. If you work a dirty job it can be a real chore to keep your shower clean. The rest of what you said is true though, I'm less worried about the water just going into the dirt since, hey, it's dirt, but that whole construction is pretty sketchy.

@Sleazy Car Salesman has it fairly close; you have an outdoor shower to save your indoor one. (And to save your septic system from congealed tranny grease) but I thinkGiven the location, this is meant to be used by the RV people.

I'll try to summarize this quickly: RVs do not have a lot of volume. They are also not well ventilated, most need to have powered ventilation on 24/7 when occupied to keep the human funk from building up as occupants just naturally sweat and exhale; and that's normal humans mind you, without a inverted penis inverted into a toe-jam producing cavity. It gets worse if you add in the humidity from taking a shower, so using an external shower even occasionally can really help the RV air from accumulating that heavy, clinging, locker room funk of humans in enclosed spaces.

Why don't the RV folks just use the showers in the house? As pointed out by others, our troons are already implementing a caste system, and probably there are fights about bathrooms.

There is also blackwater/greywater issues with RVs. Most places that forbid occupied RVs forbid them for this exact reason - most homes do not have a RV tank dump, so any RV occupied is likely to have filthy human sewage in it, and it needs to be dumped somehwere eventually, very often at night at a poorly lit storm drain into a system not designed to handle a sudden influx of human waste. Given the location in the middle of BFE, that is likely to be the side of the road or any area that looks improperly watched. I don't see any sewer connections to the RVs, so that means manually emptying the tank. A 200-gallon tank of finely aged troon sewage that has been baking in the Colorado summer. imagine the smell

But as @who dare wins? points out, this is not a long term solution in anyway. This is also going to be maybe a 6 month shower, especially with no hot water. It gets below freezing in Colorado, especially at night, and I am looking forward to those shower pipes bursting.

The milk carton style floor is a pretty neat way to simulate a shower floor/drain. But that tarp/curtain is already blowing up a bit too high for my liking. They are going to flash everyone on their "tours."

Its a neat idea, but will quickly fall apart because a) have you ever walked on milk carton barefoot? Shit is not comfortable and B) it is probably not rated for the weight of the average troon and will soon be broken through.

Level 3 is supposed to stop 62gr 5.56 ball. Sure youre not thinking of 3a?
This is the confusion I was talking about the current NIJ standard having and new revision addressing. Level III 0101.06 is only rated to stop 7.62 M80 FMJ and Level IV to stop M2 AP 30-06. Projectiles moving faster than M80 can defeat Level III even if they're of "lesser" calibers. Level lII ceramic and hybrid plates can generally stop both M855 (62gr mild steel core*) and M193 (55gr FMJ), and possibly beyond. Level III AR500 steel plates will generally stop M855, but can have trouble stopping M193 out of a 16" barrel and fail at stopping it out of a 20" barrel. The speed of the M193 defeats the steel. Harder Brinell, AR550-600, steels supposedly solve this. Level III HPDE plates will generally stop M193, but fail with M855. I suspect because of the mild steel core.

This led to manufacturer's claiming their Level III armor stopped 5.56mm when in reality they stopped one round or the other at best. I believe this was out of ignorance sometimes and intentionally other times. The current industry terminology for Level III plates that stop 5.56 is to call them Level III+, but there is no NIJ standard for that. It was made up by the industry and adds to the confusion. At the very least the assholes making the plates didn't know what they were talking about, much like Earthside, and customers were taking what they new about traditional Level III ceramic plates and applying it to plates made of these knew materials.

The new NIJ 0101.07 revision will have the Level III equivalent tested against 5.56mm M193, 7.62x39mm 120.5gr equivalent, and 7.62mm M80 FMJ. There will be basically a new Level III+ that stops all the new Level III threats as well as M855. The Level IV equivalent still gets tested against M2 AP 20-06.

* This is not the hardened steel alloys or tungsten used in armor piercing rounds. Don't let politicians lie to you.

Lmao on that shower. Colorado is sunny, the simplest solar power shower involves storing water up high in dark pipes/containers and letting the sun heat it up, no electricity involved.
During summer. A Scottish shower is going to be unbearable once autumn and especially winter rolls around, the area they live in gets very cold very quickly.

I wish we'd see something like the old Redneck Rampage game but with these troons.
Someone OD's on estrogen and hallucinates the game
There's nothing wrong with wooden shower stalls, assuming of course that the wood has been treated properly for a high moisture environment and is maintained.

There's everything wrong with the wood that they used. And the way they put it together.
they used what Jarrod says is trash, meaning it’s old used plywood. There’s no way in hell it’s pressure treated.

You don't even need to pressure treat it, waxing and oiling works fine too, as does Shou Sugi ban. Like I said, they did it wrong but wooden shower stalls in and of themselves aren't bad or wrong.

Yet another thing the troons have fucked up through incompetence.

The outdoor shower doesn't need a roof, but if it's going to have wooden walls it shouldn't just be random trash plywood, as others have said. It's also just got a basic garden hose running into it so there's no chance of any pipes freezing. Outdoor showers can be pretty common at some cabins in the woods and generally they barely have walls, but you're out in the middle of nowhere so a simple stall is more than good enough (and I've never seen them with a plastic curtain either, that will just get torn up hanging loosely outside). They usually still have a drain that doesn't just go into the dirt and an outdoor shower head connected to the plumbing.

Even without hot water it's not hard to set up a camping style shower and use a basic solar shower (hell, you can even get a Coleman one that's just a bag you leave in the sunshine for about $9 and it holds 5 gallons).

There are so many basic solutions and better ways to do this but the Tranch fucks it up as always. I don't get how a bunch of dudes, two of which have been in the military, could be so inept at literally everything.

Side note, I noticed there was a camera set up there too. At first I thought it was attached to the shower, but I think it's actually attached to a post by the corner of the RV. It's kinda hard to tell.
