I don't think he will use someone else as a face reveal, that'd be too much. Plus the cat is out of the bag by now and he knows it, so if he said this after the further confirmation of young Clayton then he has to realize that it'd be extra foolish to do a lie face reveal. Maybe he's trying extra hard to shape up to meet his fans' expectations but unfortunately for him that's literally impossible.

True. Homie's probably gonna have to own up to it. He'll definitely lose the "kittens" who've been imagining him as a stud this whole time, but he has enough of a sycophantic fanbase that'll white knight for him. What's wrong with being fat??????" while ignoring that the real problem was his blatant manipulation of an impressionable fanbase.

Well doesn't matter, there is a lot of problems with being fat. 250 lbs can be very unhealthy, but after looking at the hog that someone posted over in the stans thread, I doubt the stans would want to face the reality about themselves.

I think the animated guy is generic and any likeness to Coleton is coincidental. I assume they just went with a general skinny white guy that loosely resembled the style of Dream portrayed in fanart. It's definitely the image Dream is fostering at this point which is super dumb. Even if he can loose all the weight, he may not have the natural build to look like a teen boy by the time he's lost the weight.
